We've been coming here because it's the only place near us. My husband and I consistently have our orders incorrect, this has... gone on for years. We ordered ice cream last week, a Sonic Blast. She hands it out the window and it nearly spilled on us it wasso liquid. We looked at each other, she says sorry, the ice cream machine can't keep up, nothing I can do about it, andproceeded to close the window. The service was horrible and the food even worse. If I could give negative starts I would!! Just stopped for a snack and was given the worst meal of my life! So over burnt and... Not fit for human consumption! Is this what we will now come to expect from these restaurants?? Over priced, unwholesome wasteof time and money? I sat in a stall for 30 minutes while car after car went through the drive through. All to get my order which was supposed to be... a five piece not four and there was no sauce. Then I ordered a med peanut butter shake and received a small! Also I was there at3pm ordered two ocean waters and it was 3.10 I went to hand the drive through kid 5.10 and he jerked it out of my hand so muchhe dropped the .10. Come yall get your act together!! Every customer in drive thru had to repeat their orders multiple times before waitress finally got it. 3 cars in front of me and... it took 30 minutes to order and get my food. Because of that I was late returning from my lunch break. Read more

It was okay until I drove away and realized 2 of my 4 drinks were red-colored watered (no flavor). Too bad I was already a few... miles on the interstate down the road, I would have gone back. Bathroom was out of service, so I had to cross the street. Andthe screen to pay was broken. Read more

We've had bad luck with Sonic restaurants in New York but thought we'd give the one here a try for breakfast. First we pulled... into one of the stalls to try and order, but no one acknowledged us when we pressed the button. So we went to the drive thru andthere was only one car ahead of us. It still took several minutes for anyone to acknowledge we were there. When we tried toorder coffee and a breakfast sandwich, the employee asked us several times to repeat the order. We did at least 4 times, thendidn't hear anything else. We were waiting for confirmation to make sure she heard us. Eventually the employee rudely asked ifthere was anything else we wanted, like we were a nuisance and informed us it would be a 10 minute wait. We said forget it anddrove off. Sonic, get your stuff together and teach your employees common courtesy. We likely would have waited for the order,even though it wasn't busy, if it wasn't for the employee's attitude. Read more
