I ordered online and put everything I wanted and with some extra sauces! Had a small wait to get it but I mean hey, I'll wait... for the bomb wings????! Waited 10 minutes. While employees passed us without alerting us they were waiting on tables or they?ll be right with us. There... was a line behind us. The standards of this location sure have dropped. WHY can staff not pick up dirty? Not my dirty table, not my job attitude? Even... the (I assume floor manager) was too busy flirting with servers to clean up. Pet peeve, bringing tickets before being asked.Maybe I wanted dessert or to go purchases, but you clearly want us to leave. You basically implied your store does not wantanymore of our money. from out of town ate here because they were open late and close to our hotel. First it was seat yourself and all the tables were... unbiased and dirty, once we found a place to sit, it took about 15 minutes for our waitress to acknowledge us. We had ordered alarge cheese curd which was fine and came out fast. When we ordered our food it took about 40 minutes for us to get 10 bonelesswings and a chicken wrap. The chicken wings were cold as well as the fries and wrap. We asked that the wrap be remade and it wasmicrowaved, when we got it back it had no lettuce and way to much sauce to the point the tortilla wouldn?t stay together.Overall horrible experience and will not be coming back. Our most recent visit was far and away an awful experience. Our server appeared overwhelmed when she initially approached our... table and mentioned being short handed. I expected some delays, but wasn't in too much of a hurry. We ordered drinks and appswithin a few minutes of being seated. Our drinks took 10 minutes or so, and another 20 minutes later Our server came back aroundand confirmed out app order, which she hadn't put in yet. We attempted to order our meals, but she couldn't be bothered. Alittle later she did take our meal order, ignoring the empty drinks in front of us. Eventually our appetizer arrived, cold. Brought by another staff member. The party seated behind us, a group of 5 vs our 2, had been seated well after we arrived, andhad already finished their meal - even commenting to us about how long we had waited. At the 1 hour mark, I flagged down adifferent server, who refilled my drink, and went to check on our meal. It had not yet been started so we asked her to cancelit. She was quick to try and make things right. Voiding our uneaten items, offering various corrections etc. She was 10/10for the few minutes we remained. Standard sports bar. Decent selection of beer. Recently renovated in early 2021! This place has gotten a more modern feel with... high top tables everywhere. The kitchen is variation in speed of how fast the food comes out with anywhere between there shortlyafter ordering to taking up to an hour for 10 wings and fries. Ate there today for lunch. We didn't get our order of wings or fries after telling them more than once. Finally when we were... ready to leave they brought the wings so we put them in a to go box. Got our ticket the fries were on there so told them wenever got the fries they said let me go get the manager. Instead just brought us a box of fries. All of them were hard as arock. Read more
