The manager is always willing to make things right.... the problem with that is there always seems to be something wrong for her... to fix. After receiving a notification from my Burger King app on Wopper Wednesday, I decided to take advantage of it... Wouldn't you know.... they don't participate in that promotion. So I got what they said was the next best thing... and they putstuff on it that I asked not to have on it anyway. This is about par for this store in my opinion. Read more
The BK on Antilley road has given us poor service the two times we have gone. The first time at the drive thru the guy kept... repeating "is that all!" Like we were inconvinecing him literally after every one thing we ordered, so we left. Tried to givethem a second chance a month later, different person being rudely sarcastic when ordering. Let her know just a moment so we canlook over the menu, and she said "oh good I need a moment too!" , when letting her know we were ready to order she said"impeccable timing I'm ready too!" The uncanny sarcasm that we have been given has made us avoid this spot all together. Wewill drive out of our way to another BK clear across town from now on. Read more
Service was horrible. I was sitting at the first window for a few minutes then rolled up to the second and I told the lady she... should probably put a sign up. And she gave me an attitude and kept saying no, I tell everybody 2nd window. And I insisted, it?dbe easier for people if their was a sign. And she just kept saying. Well I say 2nd window, you should listen to what I say, andnot roll your window up. It was horrible service and I won?t go again. Read more

This Burger King has changed A LOT over the years. This store (Antilley store) was #1 out of all the four stores in Abilene.... Service was off the charts, the food was hot and fresh and the team worked tremendously together. That's because the manager wasa top-notched, class-act who not only cared about service but about people. Especially her employees. Not saying that thecurrent manager doesn't now but still what it is now is nothing compared to what it was. The food was okay. My burger was madecorrectly but the fries and onion rings were not up to par. The onion rings had been sitting there for a while and u could tell.Back in the day onion rings were made to order (fresh). Also, if a customer wanted fries and onion rings mixed together, that'swhat they got. That was back when Burger King's slogan was still "Have It Your Way". It ain't so much that way now. I asked if Icould get fries and onion rings together and of course the answer was no. I'm not sure if I'll be back. At least not for awhile. The service needs to be improved a gr8 deal. I love Burger King the food is always good. However this place takes 1 hour to even take your order. Don?t go here unless you... have a crazy amount of free time and patients to deal with untrained staff. Read more
