It?s gotten so bad they can?t serve burgers today?literally any franchise would do better than this trash heap
Ran out of original chicken but the young ladies were friendly. Bread stale and soda flat.
This place wouldn?t survive the way it runs if it were off of base. Only thing keeping this place in business is that it?s the... only drive through and base personnel need a quick place to eat something. Used to be my favorite location, the last two times ive gone its been terrible. The ?bacon king? only had 2 half pieces of bacon... on it and both times ive asked to add pickles and they never do. Chocked the last time up to a bought of bad luck but two timesin a row a month apart? Never going back. Read more
Visited again, this time through drive through. Once again I got no ketchup(I have a theory that they never krder any) with my... fries, no napkins, and they didn't crisp my fries like I asked. At least the food was warm, in contrast to their service. Iwon't be coming here again unless I need to. Update: Came again, and waited 15 minutes for my order when I was only third inline, plus my fries were cold. Read more
If I could give it 0 stars, I would. They never ever ever ever ever get your order right. If you go to this one please check... your order before you leave. It?s honestly like they don?t even listen to you say your order. The last time we went I got awhopper I didn?t ask for, and 2 things missing that I DID ask for. Just went through the drive-thru. The girl taking my order kept cutting me off while ordering and never repeated my order when... we finished ordering. Once I got my order, I immediately took it to BX and ate there. Fries were lukewarm and whopper patty wascold. Normally I have no problems here but they need to work on their customer service and making sure the food is hot whenserved. Read more
There was a paper towel hanging over the sink in the toilet with a crudely written warning, "No soap." There was indeed no soap.... I watched two employees use this same toilet with no hand soap, then they disappeared back into the kitchen. This was a coupleof weeks ago, just got to the review today. Read more
