Very good food. We went on a Friday evening. The staff was preparing for the evening rush. There were ample employees and it... didn't take long to order and get our food. Which I only had one complaint with. They left out the Mac and cheese. We went backthrough the line and had no difficulties getting it and being on our way. Too me they're a little expensive yet worth it for agood chicken sandwich. Read more
Well, ordered a Cobb salad with avocado lime dressing and got home without the dressing. Called and the response was I?ll make... sure the baggers do a better job. Absolutely no recourse or offer of compensation. Very disappointed. They should have donebetter. Read more
Let me just tell you how awesome this place is. The entire franchise is blessed, but this particular location went out of it?s... way to bless my family. My daughter lost her favorite purse with money and gift cards in it. We called the places last knownwith no avail. After several weeks, I just got a knock on our door and it was a manager (I forgot his name!). He had her purseand took it upon himself to deliver it. Nothing was missing. Chick Fil a is always amazing. But this location was fantastic. The food was great, service was great, and the restaurant was... clean. I always get a ?my pleasure? which m, let?s be honest, we?ve all come to love and enjoy a pit chick Fil a. This locationis right next to wal mart and easily accessible from I-20. It?s also in close proximity to ACU which is very nice. Next timeyou?re in Abilene, stop by! It?s great! Read more
