SEND HELP. The past 4 times we have attempted to eat here they have been completely out of multiple major ingredients like meat,... rice, beans and so on. I love chipotle, but dang this location is a disaster. I have never experienced such poor customerservice and lack of actual food to serve. Ms. Makinze the lady who assisted me at the register was also the one that served my order she seemed got mad on my inquiries.... They did not have cheese available so i asked nicely how much is the queso. I know she's being racist because im asian, she wasso nice to the white guy that was in front of me but when it was my turn she was super rude and she slammed the whole bowl infront of me when I asked how much is the queso. The food was good over all, but I went there around 3:45ish, and this was on 10/10/2022. The person who served me was pretty... rude and I did not like the way she served me, she slammed my food on the bowl, & I am not trying to be a Karen or anything, butI didn?t appreciate the attitude and she seemed like she hated her job. I didn?t say anything because maybe she had a bad daybut still it?s your job at the end of the day, come with a positive attitude. First visit, after seeing several commercials. Ordered online take-out. Store ran out of chips to go with the side servings of... salsa, guacamole, and queso. Manager was unable to offer discount, refund, or coupons for next visit on incomplete items foronline orders. I was disappointed. Food portion size was great and bowls were flavorful, despite lacking color from the grilledvegetables. Chicken tacos, could use a little bit more seasoning, imo. Have been here before and the food was pretty good. However, walked in and they were not busy except for 1 customer placing a... multiple order and 1 girl was taking care of him. While I was standing there 2 others looked at me standing there and knew thesituation with the 1 customer and never was I acknowledged, including the manager taking food temps. I truly think that 1person could've helped me get food for 1 person while the girl was taking care of the big order. Very unprofessional andunfriendly atmosphere. Situations like this and people make unfitting establishments go away, I don't care what the name of theplace is. And I don't have to visit this place for food. The management should be absolutely embarrassed by the way the store is run. There were 2 people in the dining room. Every table... was dirty and every trash can was over filled. The burrito I ordered was made with with 1/2 scoop of chicken however paid forextra chicken. They were also out of ice. There are a lot of capable people looking for jobs. The management should take thatinto consideration before they clock in each day. Read more
This is the most consistently terrible Chipotle I've ever experienced. There's always a combination of no seasoning, overcooked... ingredients, or missing items. If you have hopes of a decent meal you have about a 20 percent chance if you're ordering fromthis location. 2/10 Do not recommend! Read more
I drive big rigs so I deliver out this way often I also order chipotle often through door dash and most of the time it?s... horrible service! My main problem I?ve been getting is the meat never fresh, my toppings are never correct, and when I say meatnever fresh it?s been old dry taste when I try to eat it!
