Id of put no stars the lady taking our order charged us for a ordered we didnt order she charged my card without repeating the... order to make sure it was right. I got the receipt and seen the order was wrong she issued a refund to my card which didnt postback right away. She rung up the order correct after asking us for it 3 times. My card declined because that was all the money ihad and it never went back to the card as she claimed it would. She called the boss to come up there and he told me it wouldtake a day or so because of my card so my husband said so we can eat tommarrow is what your telling us and the manager/ownerreplied yes thats correct. Horrible horrible service and customer service wouldnt recommend anybody going there using a creditor debit card or at all go grape there awesome. Read more
There's an employee there that works night shift that's pretty awesome and goes above and beyond. Idk his name but I'm sure... anyone that goes there knows whom I'm referring too. He's outgoing and does everything possible to fulfill your order if theyare out of something. He deserves a raise. Read more
I love ? Church's Chicken, my sandwich was hot and the Worker was fantastic so that is the one star! Otherwise it would have... needed a big fat ZERO! I am so disappointed in almost everything! My chicken didn't taste good at all!!! The BBQ/honey sauceyuk, so much sauce on sandwich it dripped all over the place when I pick it up off my TRUCK SEAT!!!!???????????????????????? andsoaked through the package so it fell out the bottom of the bag!!!! My service when I got there was fast! Took my money rightoff. Then I watched as the two workers and owner did some of their stuff. Owner stocked napkins, boxes, cups and fiddled withthat not messy stuff! Worker 1 working on very large order and a smaller one (smaller order drive thru asked to pull forwardeven though no one behind them). Both waiting on biscuits and chicken! Cook watching ???? the chicken cook. On the bone friedchicken and nothing else. NO french fries, okra, fried pies or Chicken Sandwich chicken breast! Then he started sifting particles out of the flour when the chicken was done. When Worker 1 had big order done she got that to her! She then took twoboneless breast and got them ready, dropped them then cleaned up. This entire time manager and cook were doing NOTHING!! Whileall this was happening a FedEx employee was waiting for food! He got angry, asked for a refund then left! He was a very ANGRYMAN! The manager was perplexed as to WHY! I had been standing here for 16 minutes and all I order was a chicken sandwich ????! Ihad been there waiting for my order 10 minutes before my chicken had even been dropped! By the WORKER NOT THE COOK!!!! I saidwell maybe you and your cook should help her ( I pointed to Worker 1) instead of standing around doing nothing. Service was friendly. Kind of a long wait time. Food was fresh though. Almost forgot our fries. Did forget our biscuits had to... go back for them.
