Placed a timed order for pickup because i needed to grab it at a particular time. Got to the store and got rang up (at a higher... than expected price because a coupon randomly changed) five minutes after the scheduled pickup time and they didn't have mypizza, girl who rang me up called out for it to be made. Mix-ups happen, but frustrating, particularly because there wasn'teven an apology or acknowledgment, and if I'd known the order wasn't even made or in the oven yet before ringing up I'd havejust gone elsewhere. Did not really have time to spare sitting around waiting, but had already paid. Store is generally goodand this is an isolated incident, although it's pretty common to be standing around at the front waiting to be rang up for fiveminutes or more when I've been here before, even if they aren't busy. Prefer the Clack street location, but online orders don'twork for that store most of the time. Read more
We ordered delivery yesterday. The pizzas were awesome as always, but we also ordered the five cheese dip. I pictured an actual... dip, not just five cheeses thrown into a bowl and oven baked. There was no binder. So after a few hours, it turned into amixture of just oil and cheese wax that was maybe half an inch thick. It was inedible and I would classify it a fondue,maybe. We managed to salvage by reheating and adding additional ingredients. For 8.99, I wouldn't pay for this again. It's notan actual dip. Read more
It wasn't as good as I know they can be. The pizza and the cinnamon twists were overcooked. This location was a 1st for me.
Beyond amazing! Last time my order was incorrect they let me keep the pizza plus delivered my correct order + a brownie. No... extra charge no delivery fee. Of course I gave the driver a tip. But that was ultimate customer service right there! Read more
I had carry out and customer service is poor. Always gotta check my order because of previous mess ups in order. I don't do... delivery because they forget the smallest things, like sauces, sodas, forks, napkins, plates. Read more
My mother just ordered pizza from Dominos N. 10 location and when she opened the box this is how it looked. Very... disappointed. Edit: Thank you Dominos for righting this wrong. The problem was resolved quickly and the manager and femaledelivery driver were very professional. I also ordered from there and my pizza came in and was great. My delivery driver wasTyler. In a little over a year ordering from this location (N 10th & Judge Ely), I?ve had very few issues and overall have fairly... enjoyed my experiences. I should?ve written a review sooner? However, last night I had a pizza delivered that, well, didn?tquite look like a whole pizza. No matter how I tried to manipulate the pieces, it just didn?t line up, which led me to believeit had been tampered with. Not wanting to take any chances, the pie went straight to the garbage. I probably would?ve rated thisplace 4 stars before this, but feel I had to remove at least one star for last night?s experience. Furthermore, I do not believethe Noid had anything to do with this.
