Ordered 4 pizzas, cheesy bread and pasta. Sent my daughter to pick up paying cash and she got all the way home with half of her... order! We live in Buffalo Gap! My husband ordered the extravaganza pizza, with NO MEAT. This has no cheese!!! This is the second time that they get our order... wrong from this location. I mean WHO EATS PIZZA WITH NO CHEESE? Domino's has really stepped up their game. They have always been fast but with bad pizza. This pizza now rivals the best chains... of there. It really is soooo good. Great crust, more toppings, better tasting sauce. The location I went to was clean andmodern. Nice job! Read more
Staff here were very polite and promptly takes walk-in orders even though they were busy making delicious pizzas. Do ask for any... promos or coupons available before ordering and you might save a couple bucks. Clean restaurant and restrooms too. Read more
So, i stay in Potosi and thats a pretty decent drive from civilization and i have seen Dominoes drivers out here all the time... and figured they delivered out here. So i downloaded the app and the app told me that this address is not in the range ofdelivery. So i call the store. The assistant manager basically told me that I was out of luck So i asked him WHY do i seedrivers down 1750 all the time he says well, we only deliver to a few houses out that way. I said ive literally seen thedrivers drive past my house before, so who is the lucky few that get delivery. He says i dont know but we cant deliver toyou. I politely requested to talk to the GM and he immediately asked me for the address and then asked me how far i was fromthe water tower i said at least a good 3 miles down. I then explained exactly were i was and he said since the address useseven numbers that it wont show in the app he said your in our delivery range. I got my order and he threw in a dessert totry on the house. All that said to say THATS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE his name is AARON (i hope i spelled thatcorrectly lol). He went above and beyond to make the sale The other managers should be trained to ask PROBING QUESTIONS likehe did to ensure that they get to the resolution to solve the issue.
