Disgusted. Nasty. Unfriendly. No working restrooms. Overflowing trash. Sticky floors. No ice. No tables cleaned. When I let the... worker know about the restrooms she did not care. Will not be back, ever. Read more
We enjoyed Heffs, but it was nothing out of the ordinary. I had the Bucket Burger. It was good with fresh ingredients. Burger... was cooked well done. Mine was okay with the toppings I chose, but my daughters was really dry she said. I'd choose this overmost fast food options. I tried the "Twister Fries" which I expected to be what are often called curly fries. I got homemadebaked potato chips which were okay, but nothing spectacular. We came in and they were moderately busy but we found a seat andhad our food in a reasonable amount of time. Interaction at the counter was good and employee even double checked my order tomake sure it was in correct by scanning the receipt. Overall, I might return if I lived here to try other options and ask tohave my burger a little less well. As I live a couple hours away, I'll probably look for other places to try before I return. This place still has the best burger north of I20 but it has had a steady decline in service that I'm starting to think is... really leading to a spiral. No customers = bad service = no customers and around and around. I blame COVID for this bc there useto be people there any time you went there before. Now you may be one of a couple of tables in the place. I truly hope they canget this under control because their bucket burger is worth dealing with restaurant representatives that couldn't care less ifyou are there or not. Read more
Ordered today at 6/9/22 at 6:05pm I ordered the Mushroom Swiss burger with NO ONION and here I am picking onion off again. This... is the third time this has happened and I?m no ?Karen? I?m not looking for anything free. I just want to eat here without everyorder being wrong in more than one way. (Take the twister fries off the menu if the machine is down for months at a time) alsono the burger isn?t upside down it?s super flat for some reason like someone mashed it down. 2/20/2022: I ordered the #3 with fries, and at the time of my visit they were out of chicken, steakfingers, twister fries, onion... rings etc. The lobby is in horrible shape, everything was dirty with trash on the ground. The soda machine was not in operablecondition, as the sodas carbonation was off in the sodas I selected. I also noticed there was only one cup size available andthere was no lid readily available for that cup size. The ice cream display at the front counter displayed extremely meltedproduct, and it didn't look edible or ready to be served. The food took around 40 minutes to come out, and the employee gaveour food to another table, and the customer at that table had to ask us if that was our food. The burger itself had good flavorbut the fries were cold and hard, no flavor or seasoning at all. Overall todays experience at Heff's Burgers was unacceptableand truly a waste of money. I would think twice about choosing Heff's burgers as a option to eat. Read more
This place is has a charming aesthetic and lots of great food options. I would have given it more stars, but the dining room was... not clean. It is in sore need of a good deep clean. The staff was very friendly and the food tasted great. The parking lot iseasy to get in and out of. Read more
