Always a consistent experience for breakfast. IHOP has been our go-to place for breakfast for years. Staff is always friendly.... Food quality is dependable. But I've never eaten anything but breakfast here so that's all I can comment on. Read more
We waited an hour to be seated, not a big deal, we had a large party. However, we then waited an hour just to get out food. We... ended up walking out because it was ridiculous, there was no many people inside. If I could give a negative review, I would. Theonly good thing was that the server we had was super nice. The wait staff had their children here being watched by customers, it was nuts. Our waitress was so bothered by checking on the... table who offered to watch her kid she really didn't give us attention. She didn't out in all of our food so we received thesecond half of our order 16 minutes into eating. It was slow, and bad service. The server was nice, but not good at her job. Read more
Horrible dining experience. There was only 1 table seated when we got there. Hostess asked where we wanted to sit I told her,... but she kept trying to sit me somewhere else. After about 20 minutes a waitress finally took our order. Food came out prettyfast, but the quality was very poor. A cook came from the back and was complaining about pay. forgot half our our food, i had to go back there and go over the receipt with the staff . they never refilled any of our drinks... and i had to go ask for that also and she was rude about it . Never again the waitress did not care and does not understand the word NO yes thought that meant yes she was also rude. We got... our drinks by another person working while our server stayed in the back. We came there from Cracker Barrel due to poor seating procedure. When we got here your employees seemed to be understaffed, but... they worked very hard to take care of us. Service was very good, another employee seemed to show up after we ordered. You shouldbe proud of your staff with the way they stepped forward to take care of about 15 people with 2 Employees.
