We just ordered two sandwiches and a mac and cheese. This sandwich is disgusting the bun is greasy on the outside sogging with... mayonnaise on the inside. The coating on the chicken was like half cooked and wouldn't even stay on the meat. It was nasty. Themac and cheese tasty like it was a box mix with powdered cheese. I wish I had tried Burger King. $15 for some worthless food. Read more
We went through the drive thru. The girl that was on the speaker with us, got quite hateful, quite short and quite rude.. She... appeared not to care that we are customers that contribute in paying her wages. We ordered 2 of the 3 piece Box meals, onceagain she is very rude. On your sign it says there's $10.99. When we got the receipt they were $11.99 + 25 cents. Kfc is my favorite chicken place,.i didnt want to give them 3 stars...but they butchered my entire order.....do i call back... andi tell the manager what happened and she apologized and said she would put me on her list and fix it.....so i returned to fixmy order the following week and the manager on duty was rude from the jump ....she went to check the list and came back and saidi wasnt on it..she was real nasty about it and told me we cant fo anything...to be honest we got two different things ....thiscaused me to call back twice...so i know i called ...but supposedly i wasnt on the list to fix my order...so i left and didsomething ive never done before....i called kfc corporate and talked to a lady by the name of Saige.....she listen to my storyand sent out a voucher to replace the entire order.....i wanted to give 5 stars because of Saige..but the experience in thedrive thru ..once i got to the ordering point in the drive thru i waited for 13 minutes before they took my order...just silencefrom inside... with the botched order and my encounter with the manager.i could only give 3 stars...Saige gets 5Stars.,,...people who have the gift of listening are a great asset to employers....Thank you Saige. I don?t normally do reviews of fast food restaurants because I feel like there is a lot of inconsistency from shift to shift,... but this KFC was really good. I went through the the drive thru and the person taking my order told me to take my time goingover the menu. Never had that before. The food however was the best KFC I?ve had in years. The chicken was hot and juicy, aswell as the sides. If I didn?t live in Tennessee, I would definitely be a regular here. Read more
My mom and I ate there on Father's Day.. The staff was friendly and fast, however the chicken was dry and unflavored. I have... crispy and it was a slightly different color than my mom's original. And very dry and no taste, however I was trying to make thevisit pleasant since my grandfather is no longer with us and my mom was down in spirit to begin with so I can not say that thestaff wouldn't have tried to make my complaint right because they seemed like they would have done something. I went to the KFC on North Judge Ely. I ordered just two pieces of chicken (thighs) it came out to $4 plus tax, no sides. Not a... bad price. The young man who served us was pleasant and the whole time that we were there the floors were swept and the tableswere wiped clean. Clean and pleasant! There's a crack in the door so beware so that your kids don't press on the glass!! Read more
So....your website states that this particular KFC located on Judge Ely along with the other KFC on S. 1st closes at 10 pm. With... that clearly established, my wife and I would like to know why the the Judge Ely establishment was closed at 9pm?! We were toldat the drive through that they were closed because they were not busy! Pick up was all that was being tended to. Yet, there were4 vehicles behind us so, we let them know as well. A whole hour!!!!! That's ridiculous!!!!! The S. 1st location was just as slowbit still open and didn't turn us down. We stopped at that one because it was on our way home. Y'all need to do better, not justfor us but for the other customers that showed up, not mention the Canadian Wildcat bus that was carrying their basketball team. Read more
