the last several times i?ve been here, they?ve had me pull around to the side and wait for my order, which isn?t a problem, i... understand they have a timed drive thru. but the last couple times i?ve waited over 20 minutes. today i went through for 2cheeseburgers and a large fry, they had me pull around. i waited just about 20 minutes just for the fries to be cold. i don?tknow if they?re understaffed, which isn?t their fault, but if i?m going to wait 20 minutes at a fast food place known for thefood being ready quickly, especially for a 6 dollar order, i expect it to be fresh. the workers are also very rude at thislocation. Horrible customer service, district manager and the manager had an attitude and were incredibly unprofessional. They don't give... you time to check to see if you have everything in your bag and if they left something out, it's on you to come back to get arefund/food, so defeats the purpose of it being fast food to begin with. Oddly enough I had incredible service. I had an early morning and needed a cheap coffee and the workers were so nice and... respectful, called me by my first name and smiled and actually looked like they were happy to be there. Read more
