As far as McDonald's goes, this one is good. It's been clean every time I go and pretty standard service. My only problem is... they can be confused on mobile ordering at times, but they do their best to get it right. Read more
We arrived here just before 10:30 am on Wednesday. Walked inside got in line behind this fellow. While he was placing his order... the tv screens go black and the menu changed from breakfast to lunch. I start placing breakfast order and what appeared to be amanager tells cashier that they no longer have breakfast. I tell them that I was already there before the menu changed. Managersays that they don't have food. We ended up walking out. I now understand why this place has bad reviews. Avoid this place andgo to another McDonald's. Read more
Although the food is usually good, as far as fast food goes, the customer service is HORRENDOUS! Several times in the past 4... months, I have had meals missing. We are all human, so I go inside to retrieve the missing pieces. Only to be met by a veryhostile older woman who is the manager on duty all of those times. 30 mins to finally receive all my meals and it was a cashierwho finally had to help me. McDonald's REALLY needs to clean house at this location. Thanks for the cold food. Read more
Got there at 10:15am waited in line for 18 mins and once I finally got to the counter to get breakfast they said we are sorry... our menu just changed over to lunch so we can't serve you breakfast. I told them I have been waiting for 15 mins in line to makemy order and he said sorry I can't help you. Won't be going back there again and I hope this review helps others to see how badthere service is. Read more
