I feel Dining experience is great but To Go is a NO! Ordered soup/salad and my soup was just broth, i did find two potato slices... in there I guess that's good enough. Also they totally ignored my request for no onions, and olives..Yes I simply picked themout but the onion flavor lingered. I also asked for extra dressing and that was a no go too. I resorted to Kraft Italian whichruined the flavor. Bread was super hard but I dipped it in my broth to soften some. I was hoping to find maybe a package ofcheese for my salad but I guess they don't offer that. I most likely won't order to go again. Edit- Olive Garden contacted meand I had a much better experience after last! Currently dining in for Veterans day and I just have to say Thank You! Thank youfor not judging me when asked if I was a Veteran for a selected menu. Too many times I have been judged because I don't "looklike a Veteran" or because "I'm not missing a limb." Not all Veterans look alike and not all Veterans are old. I thoroughlyenjoyed my alone time eating and the food was exceptional! Thank ya'll for the support! Read more
We were seated on Sunday evening, waited for a waitress. Turned the light on for waitress after setting with NO SERVICE for 10... minutes. Waitresses were going by and did not stop and check. Daughter got up and checked with one, waitress came by and saidarea was closed! Did we move? NO! Went to check with hostess came back and told us no one had set us. We got up to leave. As wewent out we were thanked for our visit. A bald headed manager? was standing there. Will NOT go back. They lost probably $100.00plus and the waitress lost a very good tip. We have worked in that service area and know that they rely on tips. Good luck toall. If I could get ahold of the MAIN OFFICE I would. Your loss. Read more
It was fairly busy for being a Wednesday, but we got our table pretty quickly for the two of us. Our server was very attentive... and the food never tasted better!!! Everything had the perfect temperature and the quality was excellent. Read more

My name is Darlene Donald. I commented of Facebook my appreciation for your amazing staff! My sister and I ate there last... Friday. My sister became confused and unable to get up and walk. She was fine when we first got there but the episode hit sofast. Heaven was our waitress and she was so kind and patient. When we got ready to leave another waitress saw that my sisterwas struggling and insisted on holding onto her and helping her, walked her to our car, and helping her in the car. My sisterdid end up in the hospital. Thank you for your patience, kindness, and assistance. Your staff actually assisted her from thetime we walked up to the doors. We waited a solid 15 minutes after being seated until our drink order was taken. We had to ask who our waiter was for that to... happen. We then placed our entire order at once. We got our breadsticks in 5 min and salad in another 5. The food was great butwe got a bad server. Only saw her 3 times. To take our drink order and when she brought our drinks and when we were done eating.The other table next to us had a different server and was waiting on plates and had steak rarity issues. Read more
