I've been to many Paneras during my journeys. It was my "go to" place for black tea. But with respect to service, the Panera... Bread in Abilene Texas has the worst service I've ever experienced. My wife ordered two cinnamon crunch bagels and a fruit cup.Twenty minutes later, a guy came out of the back to say they only had one left. It should be noted that the place had at leastfour workers, including the Manager, who stayed glued to the cash register the entire time we were there. There were a minimalnumber of customers for a Sunday morning. My wife got a blueberry muffin and scone in place of the bagel, which took another tenminutes. Take my advice, call in your order about two hours before you get there, and be sure to check your order before youleave. This will help to minimize your disappointment. Read more
Possibly the worst Panera I've been to. The service is slow, the order has come out wrong a couple times, and, most recently, I... had bad avocados on my sandwich. More brown than green kind of bad. Read more
I had to try and see why the ratings were so low for a Panera Bread. I have frequented several locations across the area and was... shocked to see such a low rating. As a stop in after 8pm the parking lot was relatively empty. But they were open and the staffwas friendly. Our order came out quick in my opinion. And we had a triple meal order. We had some unique needs and they went out of their way to make the sandwich just right. It was beautiful to look at and... delicious to eat. Loved the Strawberry Banana Smoothie. Thank for making our Mother Daughter Date a success. Read more
Absolutely horrible experience. When ordering bread, we rudely were told ?Yeah...were not going to have any bread...? and there... was a piece of plastic in the soup! Staff was more focused on their phones than providing service. Never eating here again. Read more
If I could give this less than one star I would. I keep giving them a chance and regretting it! BROWN lettuce in the salad -... prepackaged salads from the grocery store look better than this one! I also got the chicken teriyaki bowl and it was horrible,the broccoli was soooooooooo skimpy and the chicken was chewy. 12/10 would NOT recommend. Nothing tasted fresh, and the bowlactually tasted kind of sour. Not sure what the deal is, every other Panera location I've been to has been great. Read more
I was stunned when I saw a Panera with these reviews and was hesitant to believe this was a real Panera. I lived in Weatherford... right next to a brand new Panera and even on day 1 they were exceptional. I went through the drive thru so I can't speak to thedining room but food was good but order was not very accurate. Wrong sides and bagels. WI'll most likely return but thislocation does not reflect any other Panera experiences I've had. Read more
Had I read the reviews I would have avoided going here. To start they didn't even say anything when I pulled up. No recording or... anything. Then the girl rudely says you can order. The drive through line took forever and there were only 3 cars ahead of me.Had there been extra space I would have left the line. Once I was able to sit down and eat it the BBQ salad was disgusting.Salad strips on top were stale. They were stuck to the lettuce and BBQ sauce. I couldn't even eat it was so disgusting.
