While at first I was disappointed due to our order being wrong, they quickly apologized and made it right! Have always called and placed our orders without any problems whatsoever, have always been taken care of with the best of... service. However today when calling not once but 3 times first my mother called twice and then I called once to try and finishplacing our order only to be told by the acting manager Jordan, that he was refusing service because she had asked about aprevious order that was supposed to have been replaced added to this new order.And he hung up and we could call and speak withthe GM tomorrow.
