My order came out wrong, but bear with me, their customer service ROCKS! We came with our family a week ago at 11am on a Sunday.... Everyone ordered their meal and I ordered the crispy chicken salad with ranch. within 13 minuets, all of our food came out. Itwas brought out by a food runner who promptly put the chicken strip basked down in front of me. I told him that I ordered thesalad and he went to get our waiter. When our waiter returned, he began by apologizing for the mix up and asked again exactlywhat I wanted. I gave him the order and he made sure that it was expedited. Yall, he went above and beyond. He had alreadymade sure that everyone in his section had been taken care of and was filling drinks left and right. He comped my meal (eventhough it was an honest mistake) and let us take home the chicken strip meal. He even offered us to go cups for all of ourdrinks. Ok, just stopped for a drink with the wife before an appt. We sat in the bar. It was happy hour, which was nice. We had a few... drink specials and some Yukon chips with beer cheese. Nice atmosphere, and the bar staff was great. We'll definitely be back forthe happy hour... Read more

Great service (even when i spilled my root beer float). The food was excellent though everyone at my table received cold french... fries with their meals. They quickly and courteously fixed the issue and brought new , hot fries out for everyone at my table.It wasnt as loud this time as i remember it being loud. I'll be going back. Read more

Food was okay but expensive for what you get. They definitely have raised their prices quite a bit which is understandable given... inflation. We asked for a refill on fries and I think I counted 7 french fries. Overall, food was good but a little steep. Read more

Not how it Used to be, had to ask for More fries and still had wait, we were sat at a table and was kinda awkward feeling, our... Waiter was pretty decent polite and well spoken, maybe could have been a bit busy all of a sudden. i thought it was a little bitpricey, 2burgers, two kid meals and drinks for 70.00$. Our server is a sweet girl but the manager isn?t. I returned a $14 burger because it came out smaller than usual. I wasn?t... rude about it, just wanted it taken off. He felt compelled to come over to tell me I was wrong despite me never asking to speakto the manger. Maybe he could spend the effort to clean the place because the floors are slimy and the walls are gross. Read more
