I put my order in on the app about 15 minutes before I got here. Drove up and seen the drive thru was packed so I went down to... tractor supply for about 15 minutes and came back still packed so I decided to go inside. I was waiting inside for 30 minutesfor my drink which wasnt even 2/3 full. I wasad but then I asked for my croissant and they told me it wasn't ready so I went toask the barista warming the food. She found it down wherey drink was and it was cold. I was livid. I will not be back. My cupwasn't full, I watched her make it and she put two pumps of vanilla in it and the extra I paid for, plus my food was cold. Thisstore has gone down hill. Read more
Dirtiest Starbucks I?ve ever been too! Floors had trash all over and looked like they hadn?t been cleaned in months!! Restrooms... had trash all over floors and were out of toilet paper ,paper towels and seat covers. All tables were dirty and Staff wasn?tvery friendly either. Won?t be returning to this location. Don?t usually leave reviews but so many things were gross visibly.Doesn?t make me feel good about how clean the back is if the front looks this way for everyone to see I can only imagine! We made a stop here on our way through an 9hr drive and Jacob?s energy is just what we needed to keep us going! Helpful,... patient, and passionate was the perfect combo to reflect an excellent customer service. Will look forward to making thislocation our Starbucks stop along our future roadtrip ways. We stop at this Starbucks every time on our way through Abilene. It?s conveniently located just off I20. They have a great patio... if you want to take a small break from driving. Staff is always friendly; bathrooms are clean, most of the time. The drinks arealways great. The only drawback, because it?s the only Starbucks on I20 and also next to a Chick-Fil-A, they are always superbusy and you could be waiting awhile for your drinks if going through the drive through. I love Starbucks - like all the time. Unfortunately my experience today was a bit frustrating. We were coming through on our way... home to Lubbock from Fort Worth and ordered a Venti Ultra Carmel Frappuccino - a $6 drink, typically super good. However todayour drink was 60% drink and 40% whipped cream. We didn't really look at it until we were back on the highway and already 10minutes away. I will always recommend Starbucks but I would warn to examine your drinks closely. Read more
