Came to dine in with nobody in drive thru nor inside, placed order and had a seat. Friend I was with received his order about 10... minutes in and we continued to wait. 10 more minutes pass and manager comes asking if i still haven?t received food, we said noand he grabbed our receipts and took to kitchen. 15 more minutes pass by as we see multiple employees in the back of kitchen ontheir phones or just standing there talking and still no food. Finally after 35 plus minutes we get my order just for it to bewrong. Asked the worker if it could be remade properly and he told me it would be another 15-20 to remake which I simply justasked for a refund at that point (which he couldn?t do, but gave me a paper with his name saying free sandwich next visit) askedto add a French fry for my wife and literally waited another 15 minutes before I asked how much longer on my fry just for theemployee to give me the fries that was under the lamp the last 15 minutes I had been waiting. Employees were nowhere to be foundand only 1 girl in the kitchen was actually working and manager just kept coming in and out of the office. Read more
Visited this location for breakfast while waiting on service from the nearby dealership. Very polite and friendly people working... here. There seems to be good morale among the employees. The dining area was clean. Out of coffee. Chicken biscuit is not astasty as some other chains, but it was still good. Read more
Went in for a late lunch on a Thursday at 1430hrs. Employees were polite and greeted customers as they came in. I was... surprised at how busy they were, but they worked like a well oiled machine. They were very efficient and we got our food as weordered in a good time. My better half and I honestly didn?t see anything negative about this location on our visit. Would nothesitate to stop by again if we need to visit the AFB again. Read more
Well the food was great, I've always loved Whataburger. But this store really needs to figure out it's staffing/production... issues. Thursday night at 7pm and we waited in the drive through behind about 5 cars for 40 minutes. Then if that wasn't badenough we discovered when we got home they didn't put the order of onion rings in the bag... Overall horrible location andexperience. Read more
I like coming here because there is only one lane at the drive-through and personnel is friendly. I would have given 5 stars.... However, I had to ask for a stir stick (not a big deal) but when I was trying to eat my biscuit with gravy there was no fork orspoon. That becomes an issue. Also, not a single napkin was provided. So double-check your bag if you need those items. Read more
Recently moved to the area and this location is near my work so I come here often in the mornings. My order is always correct,... you can tell the staff enjoys work with each other, and I don?t have to wait a long time. The two morning ladies are so sweetwhen they work the window! Good luck finding a clean table at this location. More than enough employees. When we arrived there were only three tables... occupied and all the other tables in dining room were dirty. We had to speak up fast to ask for ketchup due to them just givingus our food and heading back to counter. I went to give one of their customers ketchup due to employee walking away when thatcustomer was asking for ketchup. Read more
Thankfully I checked my daughter?s kids meal because she was given expired milk. When I called to let them know the employee did... not seem to care at all. I didn?t want anything back just wanted to make sure they were aware so other kiddos didn?t reachexpired milk. Read more
