Food was very fresh and accurate. Got the new chicken sandwich special that was 7.99. It was definitely worth thr price. I've been to this Wingstop for to-go orders three times now and my food was perfect and ready in a timely manner each time.
Absolutely terrible service. Not only did they leave me standing there to watch my own food get cold. The cooks were yelling at... a very young lady named bri. Obviously if this wasn't her very first day in the job field it had to be her first day there. Noone was actively training her n they had somewhat a slight rush and she was left standing there not knowing what to do. Thenafter I finally was able to pay n I received my food cold it wasn't even made right. Then they refused to correct theirmistake!!! BC of change of ownership???? That's absolutely absurd and I will not be going back. Worst Wingstop experience by farfor myself. In fact ID rate 0 stars if that was an option. Does not send silverware for togo orders. Wingstop taste at wingstop price. make sure you have a method of eathing your food.... they do not send utensils in togo orders. Read more
I couldn?t recommend eating Wingstop less. I?ve had to buy extra sauce with my orders every time, because otherwise I end up... with fried pieces of chicken with practically no sauce. I don?t blame the workers, I?m sure it?s corporate trying to cut costsas much as possible and instructing them to put as little sauce as possible. I kept thinking it was just a fluke until tonight,when I got wings with the least amount of sauce I?ve ever seen. I emailed them and said I?d be just as well off ordering chickennuggets from McDonald?s, and I?m barely joking when I say that. The nuggets would be bigger and they would probably have moreflavor, and I HATE McDonald?s. You couldn?t pay me to eat there. I would hope that says a lot. Again, I don?t blame the workersbecause they are probably doing what corporate says. But I?ve been buying 2+ extra sauce containers for every order I?ve made,and at this point I?m done getting food from there. I don?t want free food from them and I don?t want coupons. I won?t be back.I just want people to know that if they order from there they better be ready to buy extra sauce at the store if they want theirwings to have any sauce on them. My family LOVES this restaurant. I order online every Friday 30-50 wings. They have the best wings in Abilene. They dont... make you wait while useless staff walks around and ignores you (looking at you, Hooters, and to a lesser BWW.) Best part isthey get my order right. I still encourage everyone to check orders before they leave, but this location only missed someveggie sticks once in 4 years. And they made it right!! Read more
Order online pick was at 7pm i was there on the dot and i think it was the manager that said to me im a minute late. She was... really friendly yeah minute late no worries they were really friendly and nice and kind and sweet to me so in my overall opinionstill a 5 star rating. They have really great wings. I usually like WingStop but this location was taking 45 minutes from time of order to having it on the counter. We weren't... warned about this wait time, though I did overhear some of the folks later getting it. The chicken sandwich was awful (loved itat the southside location.) It was like they pounded a regular size breast as thin as they could make it, then added half aninch of breading to make it look like a regular sandwich. I'll be sticking to the Abilene South side location. Read more
