Visited today, at an off hour, when it wasn't busy and had the worst experience we've had there. It took forever to get our... food, several groups that came in way after us got their food before we did. We even went and checked thinking they forgotabout us. 5 minutes later they brought us soggy cold food. My wings were literally cold, like they'd taken them out of thefridge and tried to microwave them, but just not enough. The fries (4 orders) were so limp, and just room temp. It was reallydisappointing. I told the guy at the counter, who knew it took forever to get food, and barely got a reluctant apology. Wetook most of our food home thinking it might be better if we can heat it up. If they let the food sit while they were finishingan item up to serve it all at the same time customers would really rather have hot, or warm, food than have it all at the sametime. Wingstop Buffalo Gap Rd thanks for the cold food was my 1st meal of the day and had no time to go home I arrive with absolutely...
