Visited today, at an off hour, when it wasn't busy and had the worst experience we've had there. It took forever to get our... food, several groups that came in way after us got their food before we did. We even went and checked thinking they forgotabout us. 5 minutes later they brought us soggy cold food. My wings were literally cold, like they'd taken them out of thefridge and tried to microwave them, but just not enough. The fries (4 orders) were so limp, and just room temp. It was reallydisappointing. I told the guy at the counter, who knew it took forever to get food, and barely got a reluctant apology. Wetook most of our food home thinking it might be better if we can heat it up. If they let the food sit while they were finishingan item up to serve it all at the same time customers would really rather have hot, or warm, food than have it all at the sametime. Wingstop Buffalo Gap Rd thanks for the cold food was my 1st meal of the day and had no time to go home I arrive with absolutely... NO ONE in the resteraunt and 1 order waiting for pickup plus mine so WHY are the fries cold and take why is my chicken cold andnothing about this mel taste FReSH!! Very disappointed. I ordered a 40pc classic and asked them to be extra crispy. When we received the order it was the complete... opposite. They were soggy. The 20 Lemon pepper didn't really have seasoning. The fries were cold & soggy too. It suxs a$$spending $90 and not getting what you paid for. The air fryer saved the night. Read more

Dine In now open again!!! Best Wings in town. Our wings and fries are always hot n crispy, fresh out of the fryer; not soggy or... over sauced like Wild Wings! Only down side is their low selection of alcohol. Read more
Best wings!! But I wouldn't do a call in order again. My wings were not warm enough.
