Abingdon DUNKIN ZERO customer service!! Awful Experience! Go anywhere else.. please Dunkin ?New? App is awful along with this... local Dunkin. I wanted to redeem some points from the hundreds of dollars I give this local location. I produced QR they scan,say it didn?t work. (Meaning their technology not mine). The manger/Owner who has mastered the ability to be rude,condescending, ignorant and just plain mean. Said and I quote ?This is your problem to call customer service about, not myproblem. You HAVE TO PAY! I was until today in that drive thru line every day spending $5-$10. Maybe that?s not a lot today butat the end of the year it sure is and they have absolutely lost my business and my faith not only in this location but in thedirection of this company. This new latest greatest app ?loyalty? it?s just away for us to all spend more and get less back,especially when it doesn?t work. I am now the 4th person I know that has had this same exact issue with the redemption ofpoints. Oh How easy it would have been for the manager to say oh hey bud I see you every day let me take care of this one foryou sorry about ?our? technology issues! But NO, much easier to say it?s my problem. DUNKIN you do not have a strangle hold onthe coffee business. I am a regular, I come here (almost) every morning and get the same coffee order. I?ve been noticing however the employees are... rude and miserable. The new lady at the window is never friendly and never smiles. The guy taking the orders rushes you and isvery rude. They make it seem like you are inconveniencing their day by being a customer. Sometimes my order is made incorrect,which is ridiculous. I?ve noticed that the Bel Air drive thru is completely different. They are very friendly, never had anyproblems. If I have to I will drive a bit further for better customer service. Read more

I've been going to this dunkin for 8 years! I have moved away, but always come back to visit family and when I visit, I always... come to this dunkin. They NEVER disappoint. I felt inclined to review because I've been to a lot of Dunkins and most mess up theorder and the same drinks always tastes different at other dunkins. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! I have sever food poisoning. I order from here on Friday June 2nd I ordered a large... lemonade, a wake up wrap & a glazed donut because it was national donut day. I at my order about 15 mins after picking it up viadrive thru. By the time I got to work 30mins later I was hit with sever nauseous about an hour later I started throwing upuncontrollably. I was told to leave work. I missed out on money because of this. I had to pull over 3 times on my way home gothrow up. I threw up until there was nothing left but stomach acid. As soon as I got home I rushed to the bathroom as It startedcoming out my other end. Not only do I need a refund but I am pushing this as far as I can get. Today is Saturday June 4th &it?s still coming out of me one way or another. This is sever food poisoning. If it persists I will have to go to the hospital.I cannot believe this Dunkin? Donuts!!!!!! Shame on you all!!!!!! Bought 3 sweet teas light ice with lemon and received like 3 light brown sugar waters with no lemon and light ice. When I asked... why it was so clear the guy says that's the recipe. It taste like sugar water not tea. Find another dunkin. This one stinks.This is the second time I have have been there and each time has been a bad experience. So I gave it another chance and wasn't happy once again. Staff is Rude, never listen to what I order. Asked for decaf & skim... milk, got reg coffee and whole milk. Never again !! What's with the Rude guy at the counter anyway???? Done. Read more
