Absolutely horrible. If I could give less stars I would but Google is generous and won't let me. They obviously had to go to... Kentucky to get the chicken. We stood around for 20 minutes waiting for someone to take our order. There were people in thekitchen just standing around. Finally gave up and went to somewhere that actually serves food. Read more
You can have good customer service and average food and have very happy and satisfied customers. But the customer service is... terrible and food was not good at the time. It really does not take much to be pleasant and give at least average customerservice. Read more
This place has awful customer service and they always forget something. Last time I went there, they forgot my sides. I guess... the girl got mad because she put my green beans in the bag without a lid and they spilled all over my other sides. Read more
Service at the drive thru with the order take was horrible. She was rude. The window person was really nice and made up for the... rude person. The food was ok. We ordered 2 5pc Nashville hot tenders, but were told they only had a total of 6 tenders availableat 7pm. So we ordered the meal and the extra tender. The tenders were so small. I went on to order something from Taco Bell. Iasked the woman if it came with a regular chalupa shell and she said yes, but with cheese. It was not a regular shell. It was areally chicken shell. It was not something I wanted. I couldn?t eat it. My husband did enjoy his Nashville hot meal. Read more
This place is absolutely awful. It needs to be shut down. The customer service is poorly ? these workers dropped my Nashville... hot chicken tenders into the same cup of my drink. But yet still proceeded to pour my drink in the same cup, this is horrifyingand disgusting. I really thought after the remodeling it would make it better, but it made it worse. I see why they have poorlyratings. These people here are disgusting. Shut down this revolting place. Read more
It takes alot for me to write a review like this but I feel the need to make people of aware of the poor quality of food I... purchased tonight. The food was stale and old. When we got home I was so ashamed of the look and taste that I could not feed itto my family. This has caused me to reevaluate eating-out all together. I will from this Point on make it a priority to preparehome cooked meals. I threw out the rest of the chicken, this is Harford County do better and understand people pay their hardearned money for a decent meal. Read more
We've had bad experiences before and agreed to never patronize this location again. After seeing the remodeling being done, we... thought that KFC was turning over a new leaf. That thought was short lived when my husband decided to grab a late dinner at8:15pm. Immediately upon ordering food, but husband could tell that the person at the drive through had a nasty attitude. He wasthen told that they didn't have anymore chicken for the night. I don't know if that's true or not, but I do know that we willnever come back to this location ever again! Read more
This is the worst KFC. They never have anything that's listed on the menu...the service is slow...and the food is almost always... overcooked and/or cold. This Location either needs new management or needs to be closed. Read more
