When I get fried chicken or tenders at any of the Royal Farms in Aberdeen they are tender and juicy. The three times I have... been to this location it has been dried out and hard. Edit: I contacted them about my recent experience and they replaced mymeal, which was kind of them. The replacement was good, but they gave me fresh chicken from the oven, not what they had in thecase. Hopefully things improve. Read more
Worst chicken sandwich ever. They used to make their sandwiches with a nice chunk of breast meat, but instead I got greasy bits... and pieces of dark meat, chicken that you would use to make soup. Not good at all. Read more
I come all the way over hear because Edgewood Royal from is so Ghetto it's ridiculous. I come hear because I not afraid eat... chicken hear it is clean. The staff is very helpful. I love coming hear. Normally this is my favorite location but tonight whomever was cooking the chicken and fries dropped the ball. I got the 4 piece... chicken box, the pieces were so small you could barely see them and the fries were way over fried, hard and small. Y'all have todo better or the person packing the boxes should make better content selections. I would understand if one or two pieces were alittle skimpy but ALL of it? SMH... Read more
I've been a loyal customer here. Never gave them a problem. Yet I overheard one of them complaining about me, about wanting a... breakfast sandwich when I come in (which she had to fix). To top it off their other customers here can be really rude. Fine,I'll take my business elsewhere if it's that much trouble! Read more
