Worst experience ever! Only one person and one mobile order in front of me and it took 12 minutes, she makes my sandwich, I ask... for it toasted and she puts it in a warmer. I asked if the toaster was broken she said yes. A sign would have been nice or evenbetter she could have told me that before she made the sandwich and wasted my lunch time. I went there once during the summer and there were 2 young females working. The one on the register seemed flustered and... confused as she kept sucking her teeth as she was attempting to ring me up. For some reason she couldn?t ring up the drinks so Igot those for free out of the deal lol. I went again about a few weeks back. This time there were 2 young guys working. Would be 0. Ordered pick up and it was supposed to be ready at 3:40. I got there at 3:42 and checked the pick up area which was... empty. There were 2 people working and 2 people in line. I was not even acknowledged until 3:50. I was asked my name and onlythen did they START to make my sandwiches. One of my subs was supposed to be an Italian BMT. When I got home it was just barelycooked bacon with the toppings. I am assuming they read the ticket as a BLT but that's not acceptable. I should have watchedthem make it since it was ready when I got there like it was supposed to but I shouldn't have to. Both times she put VERY little food on the bread. Never happen at any other Subway.
Ordered 2 simple subs from this place. Went there 20 mins after ordering. ONLY 2 employees working. 2 other folks had been... waiting for awhile. I still have NO food in my hands. DO NOT RECOMMEND using this store. Read more

I wish I could give them zero stars, so I guess they doing it on purpose now telling vague reasons on why they cancelled my... online order. So I ordered 2 footlong subs from the subway app using a coupon and they cancelled the order without even tellingor notifying me. App is still showing the order is in place, I reach there ask for my subs and employees working there tell methat it has been cancelled because some other guy has had issues with the veggie patty in the recent past hence we( as in thislocation is not takkmg veggie patty orders online) but they will sell it if you want to purchase it there and I was like thisdoesnt make sense. So I asked who is making these decisions, so employee working there tells me this not you or subway, this isour manager who asked us to do this. So I asked for the manager who is convinsingly not present at the store now. I am going toreach out to subway and let them lnow that these kind of stupidity is going on at the stores in abingdon and it should stop. Notreturning to this particular store for sure. Read more
I've always loved Subway but it seems like these days if you don't have a coupon it's not worth the price.. Prices have gone up... and the subs were small.. Very disappointed.. Read more
