Immediately upon entering the establishment, 2 guys at the counter waiting in front of me informed me that this is not a good... place. The first guy stated that he had to come in from the drive-through because they screwed his order up. Then he wasdebating with the second guy between which Taco Bell is the worst. This location or the one nearby on route 40. I thought Iwould try my luck anyway. One lady eventually emerges from the back and starts doing something with the cash register. I askedher a question in which she answered. Then I told her I?m ready to make the order. She says that she?ll take it in a minute.Then returns to the back. Then my wife called me from the car and told me to come out because she forgot to check the reviewsbefore I went in and she didn?t like what she saw. So I aborted mission lol Read more
Went to the drive-thru and they made me wait 35 minutes before telling me they were out of beans. The staff working the front... were very nice but very obviously overworked. The staff in the back didn't seem to care about anyone or anything. When I finallygot my food, it was disgusting. Read more
I definitely dont expect tol much when going to a fast fast food place; however, I still think customer service is important.... The cashier didn't say anything when pulling up to order menu for a little over 5 minutes until I said something and thenanother 5 minutes till my order was taken. When I got to the window, several employees were hanging around the entire time Iwaited for my order. When my food was being handed to me, the cashier didn't break eye contact with their coworkers and werejust laughing with eachother. No words were said to me other than my total. THE FOOD: THE chalupas tasted like old oil thatleft a sour/bitter taste in my mouth and the dorito tacos were soggy. I enjoy a meal from taco bell, just not this one. I got a #5 nacho grande w/ taco supreme. Well I got home Taco was good but the nachos has a terrible taste like the chips tasted... like it was a flammable chip. The taste was terrible! So I didn?t eat my meal. But I did call the restaurant and it ring 10times and no answer the time is July 17,2022 8:18 pm still no answer. Just want to let the company know service for a customercomplaint was not answered. So as a customer who eats there w/ family never had a terrible meal served. Read more
I will never come here again! I've been here more than 3x and each time was disappointed by poor customer experience. This was... supposed to be a cheddar chicken chalupa but as you can see it's bs. Absolute worst 1 we've ever been too. Floors filthy, pics to show. Ants everywhere, I can't imagine the kitchen. No condiments... were out, had to ask someone to fill them. No one upfront at register, had to wait a few minutes. A lady pulled around thedrive threw to wait 15 mins for her food which they forgot about. A piece of my chicken was black. If the health dept went inthey would shut it down. Management is awful! The workers shirts were so dirty , I get you work with food but still. Read more
Absolutely the worst experience as far as a fast food place that I can say I have EVER been too. I have no idea how many kids... are working in there or if there even is any adult or manager there. The young Boy I see doing everything literally. Whileeveryone else is moving in slow motion. No one is trying to help anyone and get things rolling. The girl in there is just asslow moving as she can be. They have literally 4 cars parked and I have been waiting already a total of 30 mins so far.
