I have been to this Wendy's on two occasions and the first time no one would take my order because there was no one that would... come to the front. The second time I had a very rude cashier who flat out said that he wasn't going to give me my order. I wouldrecommend not going to this Wendy's. There is nothing but terrible customer service here. I pull up at 10. The customer before me ordered and got their food. Sat there for 10 mins to have them tell me they are closed.... This is the second time. Nt sure if it was change in management. I gave them a chance to reddem themselves but to no avail. Theyneed to close this wendys and make space for an actual burger joint. The employees were literally standing around talking doingnothing. First time I went to this Wendy's, they forgot to even put the burger patty on my Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger. Second time I went, I... arrived at 10:50 to find 3 employees smoking outside and they told me they were closed. They don't close until midnightaccording to this Google posting. This the worst place! I still in line for 10 to 12 minutes before somebody even looked at me to ask me for my order then the... young lady got a attitude then on top of that another worker who was a young guy want to start a fight with me because I saidsomething to the girl about my time. My wife and I pulled into this Wendy?s location and immediately noticed a sign out front that said breakfast til 10:30am which... was perfect considering we wanted some lunch. We weren?t sure if we heard the correct response to the car prior to us but weabsolutely heard right. We pull up to the drive-through sign and was told by a woman over the intercom that there would still bea 10 minute wait for lunch and was in complete shock to check what time it was, it was 11:10am so obviously I pulled off as ithad long since been lunchtime everywhere including at Wendy?s. As we are pulling off we realize that not only is someone outsidesmoking but also there was an employee sitting inside doing nothing. This place needs real management. I was excited to try the salad. There was one other person in line. Nobody bothered to take our order. The fry guy and one other... employee getting drive thru orders did see that we were in line but didn't bother to acknowledge that we were there. Iunderstand there may not have been enough employees, but someone from Wendy's could have at least stated, we will be with you ina moment. After 5-7 minutes of nothing, I left. Maybe Dave should stop asking where's the beef and instead ask where the customservice is? Read more
This Wendy's is absolutely horrible during the evening hours. You wait atleast 10-15 minutes before they acknowledge you in the... drive thru another 10 minutes to pay, then after you pay another 10-20 minutes. Save yourself the hassle and go anywhere else Read more
