Went there to get 8 pc family meal, sit in line for 15 minutes. I had something missing from my order so had to turn around from... the interstate to get it and the try to go in to get corrected order, dining is closed. No biggie, went through the drivethrough to wait even longer to get missing item, finally get to window, no apologies. Whatever right? Do get home and see myside orders that?s barely enough to feed me, my husband, and son also just for it to taste like bland hospital food. Good food on the go. My wife and I enjoyed the chicken on a biscuit and potato rounds. Dinning area was unfortunately closed so... we had to go somewhere else to use the bathroom. Homestyle chicken not available at this location so had to go elsewhere for anon "bold" kids meal. Read more
The night shift manager literally just started cussing and screaming bc I knocked on the window to get sauce for my son's... tenders bc they did not put it in the bag also had to get silverware packet for my mac and cheese and slaw because again it wasnot in the bag. This man does not need to be working with public much less be a manager . The food was good but the service is ajoke. Read more

Fast service on a Monday morning at 9:15. Unfortunately this was not the quality of food we have experienced at other Bojangles.... The chicken was dry and overcooked. The biscuit was flat like it had been wrapped up for a while and kept warm under a heatlamp. We specifically stopped here because we expected hot, juicy chicken ?. Family pack is a great deal. It fed two adults and two hungry teens nicely. It even included a half gallon of a beverage--in our... case sweet tea. Only downside is that the biscuits didn't come with anything to put on them. Not very official timing, but wegot through the song "Mr. Bojangles" almost three times from order to pickup while waiting in line. Our teens thought playingthis song was hilarious; the person who served us simply thought it was "clever." Read more
Got a large cajun chicken sandwich combo for 7.77 and this was the paltry chicken filet, more breader than chicken. The fries... were under seasoned and the tea taste old. No wonder bojangles was not part of the chicken sandwich discussion. Read more
Took 5 minutes to get food because the guy working the drive -thru window was doing everything but getting my biscuit and gravy.... When I confronted him he was very rude and obnoxious. ????
