I usually love eating here, but last time they messed up my whole order and when I called they promised to replace it, but... tonight when I tried to get my food remade they pretty much called me a liar and refused to remake my food after I was told by amanager that they would. He said they put the credits on my account and I could get it replaced but nope they absolutely wouldnot replace it for me. All the toppings were slid to 1 side and down in the box. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Then in an attempt to... "assemble" the toppings where they should go, we discover that the pizza isnt even cut. Also received a delivered confirmation 5minutes BEFORE the driver arrived which is stressful all on its own. We order pizza from the Abingdon location regularly, as it is the best bang for your buck, however...last order 2 days ago, my... "extra" pepperoni and cheese pizzas were cheese only, and my pan pizza was doughy, skimpy, and looked like a 5-year-old cut it.Every order, the quality declines even more. Pools of soupy sauce or lack of sauce entirely, cheese not covering whole pizza,skimpy toppings, and poor cutting and boxing are quickly turning me against ordering from this establishment any more."Management" acts like you're trying to scam them when you complain about the quality of the food you PAY for. I?m from out of town and here on business. I have given up on the local dominoe?s near me. Was hungry and didn?t feel like... driving far so I stopped by. Let me tell you.. This is by far the best pizza I?ve had from a Dominoes in my life. The staff wasfriendly, the prices were good, and the pizza was fantastic (not too greasy). Here?s their ?large?. Opened this on the counter and laughed. Felt very light and I was like nahhh this can?t be a large. They... swore it was. Guess the smells are the size of a Kraft Lunchable pizza?.. sorry dominos. Good pizza but way too skimpy on thesize. Don?t recommend this location. Didn?t even buy this pizza. The hand tossed pizza is so thin and pathetic that I wonder how much more thin the thin crust could possibly be! You could eat... an entire large pizza and not even be full. The quality has continually gone downhill since moving to the new location. The staff today called my mother a scammer when she... called saying our pizza shouldn't have been sent to us with how it looked. 2, hardly 3 slices were covered in cheese as you cansee, the rest is a pool of alfredo sauce. I won't be ordering anymore after how the staff has treated my family over the storesmistakes. I'd recommend trying the other pizza places in town, there's about 7 of them. Read more
Ordered a 3 topping large pizza and was a bit disappointed when I got home and opened the box to find big bare spots on the... pizza. SERIOUSLY??????? No toppings or cheese and very little sauce in big bare spots all over the place. ????
