The first ever to see they are open but no workers to be found. It's 6pm Sept 1, said hello several times but no answer, no... one at registers. Waited a little longer, older woman hardees worker finally shows up after awhile but ignores us when I askedif they were closed and goes to drive thru window where no one was there. Then whatever she was doing at drive thru with no onethere, she then walks away from the drive thru and says, 'are you talking to me.' I told her nevermind because by then I losttrust with this hardees location. So she goes in the back. 2nd customer comes in, no one at register of course. See that samewoman in the back talking with manager and he keeps saying hello hello but they didn't come right away, he waited for coupleminutes. So manger shows up and we said we been here waiting and she said she was in her office. If they couldnt help customers,they might as well put a closed sign rather than rudely get upset because we told them we were waiting here for awhile yet didntthink how as customers its upsetting as is from long drive and our 1st choice to dine we wasted our time from even stoppingcause supposedly they are open and we have a drive from east coast to west coast due to military orders and rudely treated. Imagine if they go in a place to dine, patiently waiting then rudely treated. This location needs to certainly practice empathyand work on customer skills. Went to the abingdon va Hardee?s on 7/8/22, ordered 2 steak biscuits. Went to eat them and the steak was too hard to even bite... into. The biscuit was burnt and also extremely hard. The food wasn?t even warm. Very disappointed. This was the worst Hardee?sI?ve ever been to. Read more
