Well, it started as one of the best little Caesars in the area and gradually got worse. They are now denying orders, they've... stopped online ordering and got rid of delivery. They have, literally, 2 people in the store, sometimes just 1. The quality hasdrastically dropped but that's because there is no one there. I went from a 5 star to a 1 star. Read more
Food is almost always good, but service has been lacking recently. I walked in to see five employees behind the counter doing... seemingly nothing, but yet I stood there for a good couple minutes with them looking directly at me before they somewhat rudelyasked if I had been waited on. I don't expect much out of retail and restaurant workers for the low wages they make, but adecent attitude and some level of attentiveness should be a given. Read more
It's a small but dedicated and growing crew. Store is always clean and neat. Order ahead by phone or online. Touch-less pickup... is offered, as well as their signature Hot n Ready selections. I do not know if this store has delivery as I am well out oftheir area. Pizzas are well balanced, seasoned perfectly, with plenty of sauce, cheese, and toppings. Excellent value forprice! Read more
Hot and Ready is a great tag line but I have been here 3 times in the week I visited this area and there were never any pizzas... Hot nor Ready. A 20 minute wait is unacceptable for this kind of chain. Dominos was quicker! Read more
