The lady who waited on us was awful. She gave us a shake with extra chocolate not even mixed and my apple pie was cold. When we... went in she gave my husband a shake that still was not mixed and when I got the apple pie it had been nuked in the microwave so that it was hard. We didn't ask for anything crazy. I worked at Mc Donald's and I never would have given that food muchless the side of attitude. Read more

Very very Disappointed. Don't go try getting a late Breakfast or you will be upset... First I got the wrong food then returned... to get it fixed and I got a round egg instead of a folded egg and as you can see. The worst fast-food restaurant I ever encountered, from start to finish. The cashier at the drive through window where I paid... $22.54 for a meal was stunningly arrogant and rude. And as for that meal, when I got home and opened the bag I found 1 regularfrench-fry container with 3 French French fries in it (intentional? maybe), no apple pies (I had ordered 2). And the Big Macsandwich I had ordered? Well that wasn't there, either. Essentially, I was cheated. Really godawful. I know this review willnot be read by management and nothing will come of it. But it feels damn good just to write it. Oh yea, I will never buy anothermeal there again even though I live only a mile away. Which MacDonald's, you ask? The one at 525 Cummings Street, Abingdon,Virginia. Avoid it if at all possible. It is at the deepest circle of McDonalds hell. Read more
