I really liked the menu variety and options, but the atmosphere wasn't really present, the restaurant could have been cleaner,... and the food was frankly mediocre. Mad at myself for not eating here sooner! Everything was absolutely amazing...Everything on the sampler platter was cooked... perfectly...they even put 2 limes in my Corona! I'm impressed! We walked in around 8:50pm, and the waitress at the counter was so sweet! She informed us we were right on time for take out and... gave us an amazing suggestion on what to get. Very disappointed. Worst service this evening! Forgot our drinks, salad came out before our drinks- kept forgetting them, no... garlic knots brought out till dinner and forgot the ranch, 1 meal brought out and was the wrong meal on the plate, neverrefilled our drinks, garlic bread never brought with 2 meals. Server spent more time talking to others otherwise not sure whatshe was doing, by the time the 3rd meal came back the 2 others in the party were almost done! Went there for a Birthday mealbecause we have been here before and had a good experience. (Asked for blush sauce which we have gotten before said she neverheard of it and wouldn't even check, asked if there was house dressing she had no idea) Doubt will ever go back! Every other time we have eaten here, we have had a fabulous experience. Today, however, was not at all like any other time. We... were seated right away at booth 16, then we waited for at least 15 minutes before I alerted another server to the fact that noone had been to our table. Meanwhile two other couples had been seated and received their drinks and a salad. Our server thencame to our table and took our drink order and appetizer order and asked if we knew what we wanted for our main meal. No apologyfor our wait or explanation. About 15 minutes later we got our garlic knots. By this time, the couple beside us had their maincourse and the couple behind them was waiting on their food. About 45 minutes after we sat down, I let the server know that wewere going to have to take everything to go since it is my son's 16th birthday and we had people waiting for us to get home forhis birthday party to begin. I added a calzone and another order of garlic knots to the tune of $76 and change and she only cameto the table to let us know that the owners were out, they had run out of dough and alfredo and that no one wants to work. Thenmy son proceeds to tell me that the younger couple who had to wait a bit for their food had received either discounted or freefood. I love eating at Milano's, I always choose it for my birthday meal, but it may be a while before we come back. Verydisappointing. Read more
Excellent appetizers. We ordered garlic knots, calamari & mushrooms. Mmm! They all were amazing. Main course was a little slow... coming out, but when it did, it was great also. Small pizza, grilled chicken salad & steak calzone. We would definitely return,the service was excellent. Read more
Recommended by our hotel and did not disappoint. Very friendly staff. We got two 10" pizzas. But were great! Loved the... crust!! If we are back this way, will go again. Read more
We love Milano’s and order to go at least 3x a month. They have great pizzas, our favorite is the veggie with grilled chicken.... The staff is friendly and takes care of their customers. The management also supports local organizations. I highly recommendMilano’s, support local restaurants!! Read more
