My daughter and I placed an order at 2:42 paid for and all. The store said that it would be 42-52 minutes. WE WAITED 2 HOURS... BEFORE GETTING OUR PIZZA. For it to be almost completely cold by the time we got it. My daughter called the store to let themanager know and he said that he didn't have any drivers available for the order so he used a door dash driver to bring us ourpizza. The driver he chose or was chosen for the store was in Tennessee when he got the order. And on top of that the managerthat my daughter talked to hung up on her after she had tried to resolve the issue. SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE FROM THE MANAGER CHRISAT PAPA JOHNS! Read more
Papa John's employees in Abingdon VA do a Great job we wanted to express our Appreciation. The food is always Really Good, Thank... You All. While this needs to reach corporate office the call in service that has been outsourced is Horrible!! It's a disgraceto the hard working employees n our community. U can't understand them n they don't understand the food being ordered, they keeptrying to get u to buy other food, they just plain don't know what they r doing.
