Newly furnished and modeled, cutely decorated for the season, but stock (pizza boxes) out on top of the salad bar just makes the... whole place look bad. Server must have been new to serving? Read more
The salad bar is now up! It's a bagged lettuce mix and basic toppings like mushrooms, green peppers, bacon, sunflower seeds. A... pretty standard mix of salad dressings included ranch, thousand island etc. It was all fresh if limited. I'm glad to see theoption available in the area. Delicious food and excellent service. There was only one person in the restaurant the whole time I was there, and he showed huge... hustle taking my order and several other groups that came in before me. He didn't have a name tag but the young man with aponytail gave me an amazing Pizza Hut experience. Read more
Worse ever service. Order delivery and paid with debt card. Order never showed up. Called store and they have no record of the... order being placed but my debit card was billed by the Abingdon Pizza Hut according to my bank. They won?t give a refund for upto 72 hours. Stay away from this store. I will never ever have anything else to do with Pizza Hut in Abingdon. Update: One weeklater and still no food and no refund!! The promised 72 hour refund to my debit card was a total lie. Read more
This makes the second time I have went threw this with Pizza Hut, I ordered bread sticks with CHEESE on tops again! Got the same... horrible food and service when I returned them! By the store manager! The cheese was brown and hard!! Even when eating pizza thecheese should be stretchy, not burnt and crunchy! After looking at them in the drive thru and telling the lady to remake them,the manager came to the window and said they would just look the same! I said excuse me?? Love the place, good food, good people, yes they do get backed up sometimes, but they make up for it in their service, they are... friendly and willing to work with you if you didnt enjoy the food. I go there nearly everday and will for the remainder of mylife. I highly recommend it, also there is indeed new management. So i hope you enjoy your time! Read more
