They never get my order right. i?ve gone there 5 times and they?ve gotten my order wrong 4 of those times. if i was getting a... huge order it wouldn?t be that big of a deal but all i get is some fries and a plain baconator with cheese and they keep puttingeverything on it. trust me it?s worth the extra 6 minute drive to the whitman one. Shortly after 8 pm: dining room is closed and locked. Drive thru only. Order was missing things, so we asked for one of our... burgers. It was thrown angrily in a bag. 3 drinks and 4 frostees, no tray. Drove away - discovered no toys in the kids meals (that's why we pay extra ) and one of the drinks was wrong. Sad situation. minor issues: the drive thru people on the mic speak little or no english and the time for food to come out is very slow (slower... than normal) and the people have no personality and are a bit slow on if you need change or anything. plus are: food is perfect,baconator is best and the fries cant be beat! Placed mobile order at 8:02pm. Walked out of store at 8:22pm. This is the normal turn around time for 2 combo meals at this... location, so make sure you are not in a rush when going. The employees need more training and management. It seems as thoughthey have enough staff but half of them are standing and talking to each other and the ones that are working need to constantlydouble check order details and don?t move with any pep in their step.
