Went to drive through on a Friday night around 8:30. I ordered a quarter pounder meal. I paid extra for an unsweetened tea... (first time I had to pay extra for iced tea). When I got my meal the burger looked burned and had no condiments. If also lookedlike it had been assembled by a toddler. My unsweetened tea was sweet tea and the cup it was in was so sticky. The restaurantlooked a mess through the drive through window. The fries were the only good thing except I was given no ketchup despiterequesting it. I will not be going there again! Read more

By far the worst McDonald's I've visited regularly. It's a shame because it's so close to me, but it's a complete gamble to eat... here. Orders are wrong more often than correct. Service is excruciatingly slow, always, and oftentimes you get ignored at thedrivethru until you've been shouting for 5 minutes. They are closed on random mornings because employees don't show up. They arecompletely overwhelmed at every meal rush and you might as well go anywhere else, or you risk your lunch becoming an earlydinner. All over a McDonald's visit. As a rule I hold basically no expectations of fast food workers, who have no incentive tocare. But basic service here is so consistently bad, I have to imagine management is doing something grossly wrong - notstaffing properly, not training, something needs to change. Just today I sat in my car half an hour while the confused teenagerbehind the counter sat with my order in hand, thinking I was going to come in and get it - after the app told me to wait in mycar, and she told me my order wasn't ready yet and I'd need to continue waiting. I took that to mean wait in my car, she tookthat to mean I didn't want my food. When I finally came back in to check, she blamed me for leaving, then didn't give me thedrink I paid for - causing me to need to come back into the store a 3rd time. All over a $3 app order that was supposed to bein-and-out. Again, I don't blame the worker, just whomever left 4 hapless employees at the mercy of a Sunday lunch rush after aPhillies win. Oh, and when I finally opened my food, my normal plain hamburger had a nice, plainly visible chunk of brightpink, raw beef sitting on top of the bun. This is an average experience at this location. I will never visit this McDonald's at this location. I went in that day for large fries and was paying with a $50 the manager... treated me as if I stole the money. Refused to take the money unless I spent more. I explained my situation but it shouldn'tmatter. Never had a problem when I didn't$20 or $30 I never knew there was a limit to purchase. Legit worst drive through ever. No matter what time of day 20 minutes in line and still wasn?t able to order. Employees are... ignorant. I get times are tough with employees but fast food should be fast. If I could give it negative stars I would. Read more

Every time I've gone here my order has been messed up. The employees always seem so stressed and I don't blame them, I've heard... the manager is terrible. The last time I was there I had the wrong flavor iced coffee AND a dead fly in it, so needless to say Inever went again. Read more

The manager working 8/25/22, black female with short curly hair and white collared shirt? was an absolute C word, both to me and... the employees! She literally fired an employee on spot because ?he wasn?t moping the right way?, but if you ask me? for theMcDonald?s employee was mopping the floor just fine!! :) Fire the manager, I don?t like c words near my food! My husband and I decided to go here for lunch since we were already in the area. ALL ordering is done thru an in restaurant... Kiosk. We chose the dine in option and gave the table number we were at. The kiosk stated our lunch would be brought to us. After 20 minutes we still had not been served. YET we saw MANY orders going out for drive thru and meal delivery service. Iwent up and told the woman behind the counter that we were still waiting and gave her our order number. There is a readoutsaying what orders were being worked on and served. Ours was nowhere in site. The manager came over and asked to see ourreceipt. Our order was never called out nor brought to us. Our order had been sitting to the side and ignored. She remade theorder since it was all cold at this point. Restaurants need to be aware of customers inside the restaurant as well as gettingcars thru the drive thru. when you order through the machine they ask if you?re gonna eat in the restaurant , I don't understand why they ask if they?re... not gonna to take the time to read it, I wanted to eat in the restaurant but they packed it for me to take out and they neverbrought it to my table, I had to look for my order when I had even put the number of the table where I was going to be. theemployees are very rude and have no attention even when they are just standing around doing nothing.
