The general manager at this location bullies her staff. It?s hard to watch at times. I stopped frequenting this location.
Wawa Corporation mistreats and abuses its employees. This particular location has been reported numerous times by myself, and... other locals for the way the General Manager treats her employees. On any given day employees can be seen crying, gettingreprimanded harshly in front of customers, yelled at in front of customers etc. The township needs to intervene as whomeveroversees this particular location doesn?t care. I ordered 2 hoagie platters for a pickup the next day. Unfortunately, the manager who took my order dropped the ball. But Annie... jumped into action and fulfilled my order plus she threw in some ice tea. While waiting, a lot of the workers were calling outpeople by name. You could tell that this is a very friendly place that has developed a great relationship with their customerbase. They made my bad situation turn into a positive one. Thank you Abington Wawa! Absolutely the worst Wawa in the chain. I'm a truck driver I've been in over 100 Wawa's in the tristate area PA, DE and NJ. ... I've been to this Wawa about six times at about 4:30am and there is never fresh coffee and they're is usually one choice. Theemployees are rude if you can find them they seem to like to hide behind the counter. I've been to Wawa's all over at that hourand the coffee is hot, fresh and you have more than just one choice to chose from. I made a manager aware of my experience oncewhen I was in the area on a second run she seemed disinterested in what I had to say. If manager doesn't care I can see why heremoyewz don't. In my opinion Wawa should close this location or get new management and staff. Google forced me to give thislocation one star I wouldn't have given you anything. Read more
