Came here with family, just hanging out, looking for a gem. Tiny country place with a lot of charm and pleasant service. The... food is fabulous! The menu has something for everybody too! I had smoked salmon with avocado and bagels, my husband had histypical breakfast foods, and we shared the sweet potato halos (kind of like a sweeter take on hush puppies). Everything wasdelicious and filling. Definitely suggest for a casual outing or for fellow foodies Read more

Drove over from New Orleans as we heard they have the best chicken and waffles. Their menu is diverse albeit not too many... options for non-meat eaters, so if you have a vegan or vegetarian in your group this might not be the place for you. Hospitalityis great and they have three dine options (indoor, porch and patio). Food came out fresh and in a timely manner. Parkingavailable around the side of the property. We also felt the food was reasonably priced and came with good portion sizes. Read more

A new favorite place to stop to eat. The food is delicious and very well presented. Fried pork chops with gravy was bursting... with flavor and bright slices of bell pepper. My daughter took on the big easy cheesy burger and loved the flavor. She said itwas amazing. My parents both ordered the Philly cheese and said it was really good. My wife said the mango fish tacos was tastyand that it was a generous fried fish fillet in each taco as opposed to other fish tacos that just have chunks of fish. Staffwere busy, but personable. There is a sign that says please wait to be seated, but for right now while workers are scarce juststep in and wave. Parking is decent around the restaurant. Highly recommend stopping in here while your in the area. Read more
