My 8 month pregnant wife needed to use the restroom very badly. She politely asked if she could use their restroom and the... employee rudely told he that they don't offer a restroom. I get that there isn't a public restroom in this location butsometimes you need to make an exception. I think I'll be contacting corporate this week. Read more
For the most part , all the employees that work at the Smithville location are very nice. U fortunately I can?t say that about a... young lady that was working the register this evening . Couldn?t say hello when I said hello, couldn?t say thank you , andyelled out to her co workers that something smells like trash! Not real professional to say the least . Chris was an awesome young man. Someone who also works in food service loves seeing communication behind the counter and that?s ... what I saw him providing to his team. Their is also another young lady (couldn?t see her name tag possibly Sheila had brown hairin a bun with a black shirt and hoop earrings) she helped Linda at the register and then hopped to the food service! Onlyrequest is if they could update their whiteboard when shifts change because I thought Chris was Mike before I saw his name tag???????? My husband and I and a few friends stopped here for coffee around 11 a.m. First of all the staff are very courteous and polite.... The store is clean and well stocked. I believe the manager was just getting on duty who I might add was friendly and courteouswas very welcoming. I highly recommend this Wawa. Read more
Updating my review as I've been upset with this location. Coming to here to try to get chicken noodle soup seems almost to be... impossible now. It's 3 days in a row now they haven't had it. In my opinion I don't understand why this soup is not availableevery day as is the most common one. And some other why was carried every day and I don't understand why this one doesn't or youhave to ask for it they won't put it on the wall.
