They added charges to the bill- 1.19 for a plain sugar cone. That (plus plain cake cones) have always come free with scoops of... ice cream. We were not told of the new charge, it was not listed on the menu - they just added it to the bill. When I spoke tothe manager, he was rude and did not care that it is wrong to add charges without notification. Note:adding a waffle cone to icecream is only.89 cents. Very rude employees. We're visiting from out of state and my daughter needed to use the restroom. The employee, who had just... come out of the bathroom, stated that the restrooms weren't open yet but he reluctantly let her use it after rolling his eyes. The worst experience I have ever had with a store. I had placed an online order for a birthday cake which was canceled by the... store by just sending an SMS over to my phone on the day before the birthday at around 5pm when every location takes an orderminimum 24 hrs in advance. Later today for Feb 14th I had placed an order on Feb 6th and when I went to pickup the order theyare mentioning that they are sorry and cannot process the order because they didn't receive any order. I provided them the proofof order and order number, but they denied and asked me to go back on the website and to request a refund. I am sorry to saythis, it's the worst customer service and worst order placing and cancelation process. There are better locations around. Read more
