On 12-9-22 I visited this location and the professionalism as well as politeness by (Alexis) was great. She was great with her... greeting and taking my order. Her co worker (Nyah) was also professional. Great customer service is what my family appreciatesand helps us return to businesses. The last few times I have been to this location folks working the drive thru have been greata male and a female who left that location. Unfortunately I can not recall their names. I went around 5-6 pm on 11/09/22. The speaker wasn't working so I had to order from the window where you pay for your food.... Before I got to the window, I heard the employees calling out orders. When I got to the window, I could see the teamwork!Despite their difficulties, which weren't their fault, they worked well together and the two men at the window were so politeand friendly. Staff is less than polite. I said thank you at least 4 times to two different people and not 1 said you?re welcome back in... response. I know they probably deal with donkeys and whatever else all day but it takes two seconds to acknowledge someone whoappreciates you doing your job for them. & I got a whopper with cheese I usually take the bun off after a bite to eat it so Idon?t get uncomfortably full from the bread but my burger came with leftover grill gunk all over it. Poor management!!! I have never been so insulted and dismissed like this in my life. At first, everything is normal I pull up... and place my order in the drive-thru. I then proceed forward to the window and pay, the young lady even tried to up-sell as shetook my order which was great! Then she returns my card and passes me my drink. (I'm thinking Great! this will be quick!)WRONG!!! I waited at the window for 5 min then she returns and said " We ran out of hot sauce so do you still want it or what?"I tell her I will pull forward and come in. I do just that and I attempt to get her attention and she completely ignores me. Then from the lobby, the manager says how can I help you. I explain to her that I waited at the window for 5 minutes only to betold you don't have what I ordered, then I asked can you substitute the sauce with something else. (The manager, begins to speakto me as if I were her child in a belittling tone) Sir if you don't stop yelling I will just give you your money back and youwon't get anything. Then she raises her voice saying "Well sir I was conducting interviews"! At that point, I simply asked howis that solving my problem she didn't even check to see if my order was even made. She then proceeded to cancel the order andliterally threw the receipt on the counter saying here you go sir please leave. (In which the funds have not been returned to myaccount yet!) What was more insulting is she attempted to call 911 or 311 to have the police escort me off the premises like Iwas a juvenile delinquent. Her conduct was completely unacceptable toward a paying customer. If I could contact theirsupervisor I would however if she is the general manager I can only imagine how she treats her employees. Her conduct doesn'trepresent the Burger King brand of excellence. I went to the burger king on Livingston road on Saturday September 18 around 8pm. At first I didn?t think it was open because... the light was so dim. I realize it was open when I got closer and saw someone ordering at the register through the window. Iwent inside and looked at the menu and decided to order the buy 1 get 1 for a $1 promo. The guy at the register said ?we are nolonger doing that. It changed to The new deal : 2 for $6 and these are the sandwiches available.? I said well you need to honorthe order and change the advertisement. He told me he couldn?t. I was with someone so instead of pushing the matter I proceededmy order and got the 2 for $6 and some additional items (2 for $10, another 2 for $6 and a 2 for $10,8 piece mozzarella sticks,nuggets and a icee) I waited a long while before finally receiving my food. Once home, I sat down to eat. The food wasunsatisfactory. The mozzarella sticks looked to be about 5 days old. The cheese was COMPLETELY dried on the inside and was BROWNin the middle. The original chicken sandwich was DRY. The ?chicken? was flatten and dry. And after a bite i realize that theflavor was weird too. So I immediately took the items back (2 towns over) When I got there, the lobby was closed (9:13) theywere closed and cleaning. I knocked on the door and pointed at the bag they let me in. So as I came there today on 18 July 2021, it says that the dining room hours are from 7 AM to 10 PM. This is certainly not even... close to the truth as the doors have been locked all day and only use the drive-through. I am unsure why because there?s nothinglabeled on the door saying the dining room is closed. Please put something in your door stating that the dining room is closed.Don?t just lock the doors and have to go question it because you need to realize that the customer must be aware of any issuesthat are going on that may result in closure.
