My sister and aunt took me there for lunch for my 60 th birthday. Service was good, but the food choices were few and the... fries and onoin rings were overdone. The place is not bad. Food was not bad . The problem was when different people were asked to put my birthday cake in the... freezer, each one of the 3, hostess, manager and server said yes. Server was very nice but was asked again to make sure thatcake was in the freezer and once again said yes. When my cake came out from kitchen, so melted and warm. Of course mybirthday...ruined! Never again! Tip...listen to your customers. RESPONSE TO OWNER First of all thank you for the 50$ voucherthat you gave to us as we're leaving. It would have really been nice if I was acknowledged during our first conversation. Instead you said "what do you want me to do about it?". All I could say was " I just wanted you to know as a manager" sinceI've never had anyone say that to me before. Also I forgot to mention that my dad ordered pasta and had a piece of black hairon it. We ordered something else for him but once again noone else came to us to apologize or offer anything to make up. Youreplied to us when we were outside that "it happens" as you gave the 50$ voucher inside an envelope to me. My parents like therestaurant and they enjoy it there. For me though I will never go back. Please don't blame the problem on us. I just maybethink that your servers should update you on problems at each table. Also have your non employee personnel direct request tomanager. I was also there when my mom asked Holland, the server to make sure cake was in the freezer just fyi. Excellent, delicious rib eye steak dinner. Really good potato salad and coleslaw. The staff is very helpful and attentive. 2022.03-06/SUN_1600: WOW. I REALLY LIKE THIS PLACE! The ambiance here is laid back. The station and restaurant is lovely. I... don't have many interior photos of the lovely restaurant because I was out back enjoying the LIVE ENTERTAINMENT. Whatever bandthey had playing was super AWESOME! They even asked if we wanted to play or sing, too! Heck yeah! So the folks here were so laidback and just welcoming. It felt like being at your neighborhood bar at home. I loved it! I can't tell you how wonderful it wasto be able to eat and listen to good music as well as hang out with friends and family. The staff is super nice and veryattentive. It is a bit more upscale; however, you don't feel like you're in a fancy restaurant! The staff was very helpful eventhough we sat in the bar area! They would always stop by and made sure we were taken care of. It was cold outside but they hadthese wonderful portable heaters that did an excellent job keeping us warm! The food was delicous! We decided to have snacksinstead of entrees. Our friends had a couple entrees that you'll see. Wow, they had a lot of good appetizers to start with onthe menu. They had Potato Skins, Wings, Mozzarella Sticks, Chicken Tenders, Soups, Shrimp Cocktail and even Escargot Provencale!There was a good amount to choose from but we chose the Potato Skins, Mozz Sticks and Chicken Wings. All was delicous! The sauceon the Chicken Wings were finger licking good - sweet and tangy! All were also served with dipping sauces. We heard they wereknown for their French Onion Soup and we wish we had gotten it! Our friends got that instead! Plus they serve you fresh bakedbread and butter, too. We had so much fun enjoying the live entertainment and I wish I knew the name of the band because theyROCKED! They played everything from CCR to Bob Marley! They knew how to bring it!
