They charged me twice for one pizza $55 dollars total. Then when I called they said three days before I got any return and were... extremely rude to me. We are often DiCapri customers and tonight we had an oops moment and dropped a pizza that was delivered. 100% our fault. We... flipped it and were making it work when there was a knock at the door. Our delivery driver who had seen us drop it was backwith a brand new piping hot pizza. This was customer service at its absolute best. So happy to support this business and willbe proud (as well as embarrassed) to tell this story so others know how awesome they are! Read more
Sauce is too sweet and there is far too much of it. Very oily cheese that never reaches a high enough temperature to brown... properly. Crust is bland, under-proofed and completely uninspiring. It's not a one-off experience either. I keep going backthinking maybe it's a bad night, but it disappoints every time. I've always said that there's no such thing as bad pizza, buthere we are. Delicious pizza. Crust is always so fresh. I really love their specialty pizzas. Like the Romano which features eggplant,... spinach, and roasted red peppers. Need I say more? As a veggie and cheese lover, I also love Tour of Italy with it's 3 cheeseblend plus mushrooms and spinach. Read more
