Not busy, easy in and out and very nice staff.
The staff here are great, but the quality is just not there. They absolutely, undoubtedly use doughnuts, bagels, and bread from... the day before, if not longer. We get orders of a dozen or two doughnuts a couple of times a month as early as 7:30, and a bagelas early as 6:30. And I?ve never had a single one that was clearly fresh; they always are hard, brittle, and stale. Never once.Please beware of buying anything other than drinks from this location Read more
Go here almost every morning for coffee and 2 plain donuts. The staff is very pleasant and the manager is very nice. How can... you beat pleasant staff, and reasonable price, as well as quick, prompt service? Read more
This Dunkin? sadly might have the worst service I have ever encountered. During my walk-in visit, The cashier taking my order... abruptly cut me off, walked away, and pulled her coworker to complete my order. I believe her issue was that she was having ahard time understanding me from underneath my mask - but that aside, this is no way to treat *any* individual. Not to mentionthey didn?t even fulfill my entire order that I had paid for - when they saw me standing around waiting, they were confused asto why I was still there, and doubted me when I confirmed that I had, in fact, paid for the item in question that I was waitingfor - that they had personally rung up on my receipt. Meanwhile, another customer had issues with his mobile order also beingincomplete. They get an extra star for noting my need ? but unfortunately it seems that you get the worst of both worldswhether you choose to order via walk in or mobile. I understand that staffing is short and frustrating to deal with, but? alittle courtesy goes a long way. Read more
Came to buy a medium hot latte I always tip out the people at Dunkin? Donuts In this event I gave to the person behind the... counter eight dollars I asked for A medium hot latte and a Boston cream donut what came out to five something dollars. Oneperson hand me the coffee I went back to the Line to get my Boston cream The lady witch I have given eight dollars for athBoston cream and a medium hot latte She looked at me and I said I?m just said I?m waiting for my Boston and cream!!! I get here at 9:30 am. The line is beyond the front door. The lady ahead of me tells me that she's been here for a while and... that the line hasn't moved much. I look over and it's just one cashier, and that one cashier is moving at a very slow pace. Nosense of urgency. Perhaps she's new, but I see frustration on most the customers' faces. The guy with the red beard is the onlyone who seems to be making an effort. Bless him. Read more
The lady with the black glasses was very rude and has messed up my orders twice. She has given an avocado toast that hasn?t been... toasted with very little seasoning. I asked her for a cup holder to hold about two drinks and she basically threw it at me. Awhile back, she completely messed up my order for about two dozen donuts. Overall, pretty bad service.
