I order a coffee medium ice Carmel swirl almond milk whip cream and Carmel drizzle on top with cinnamon, when the woman handed... it to me it was mad wrong . I explained I needed more almond milk. The man next to her grab it out her hand tossed it and wasangry then proceeded to talk about me in protégés funny thing is understand it because I?ve been around it so long and I speakSpanish . I confronted the man and told him I understood what he was saying and he should talk negative about a simple ask andshould discriminate had he known I spoke and understood the language he wouldn?t of spoken in that matter . Next time he decidesto say the reason I ordered it that way is cause I can?t afford the coffee he should take a look at himself !!! Before sayinganything negative about anyone !!! I was courtesy and respectful to the employees but they were not to me from some reason. The cashier was derogatory and kept... calling me ?boy?. The cashier said something in their language and they all looked up at me and laughed. I was very hurtbecause I knew they made fun of me in some way. I didn?t deserve that. Read more

At 3;40 pm on New Years Eve 2020 the worker was rude and hostile and refused to fulfill an order. My sister also ordered a... coffee and asked for less ice and she gave her more ice and ripped her off. Next time I go in she will be reported. Read more
This place gets my order wrong almost every time. Also, it's not difficult to make an Iced Tea out of a Hot Tea. Brew the tea,... then pour it over a cup with ice in it. This place can't seem to get even basic things right. Raspberry Iced Tea, what do I getdragon fruit. Read more
Shorted me 1 munchkin out of 10. Filled my latte 3/4 full and said that was normal when I asked why. Poor customer service but... good coffee and munchkins (like all Dunkins). Probably would go down the street next time instead of stopping there again. Read more

It's a Dunkin' donuts. No drive-thru if that's what you're looking for but the staff was exceptionally friendly at this Dunkin'... donuts which I liked. And the coffee is always awesome at all Dunkin' donuts. Read more
