Every employee at this Dunkin Donuts works so hard. My coffee is always perfect. Excellent service, kindness and efficiency. I... enjoy talking with all of them. Great work ethic and excellent customer service. This is my favorite Dunkin Donuts location. Ialways try to go here before I go to another location. Gio, Tang, and Carmen are just some of the amazing workers there but theyare all good. I can obviously only speak to my own experience there but I read some of the negative reviews and I feel compelledto say that some of them just seem ridiculous. We live in a world of instant gratification. We are spoiled with all of ourmobile/on the go ordering options these days. That being said, if you can order from home, avoid the lines, and all you have todo is walk in, grab your food and go and that STILL isn't good enough for you, then you are the problem. No one is perfect. Noestablishment is perfect. And while a place is as good as it's people, we are all human. Mistakes happen. Certainly nothing tocall corporate over. People act like they can't be bothered to make eye contact or express their words face to face anymore.It's sad really. Additionally, many people do not understand how difficult it is to work in the customer service industry.Customer service workers get the brunt of everyone's anger or bad day, the attitude from any unsatisfied customer, the tauntingand joking about how easy their job must be, and the constant pressure to hold their tongue when someone is very rude to thembecause they can't afford to lose their job over someone's stupidity. So it takes a lot to work in customer service. You have tobe a pretty strong person to let everything from the day roll off your back, then do it all over again the next day. We need tohave more patience and understanding. More kindness and respect for everyone. Everyone's entitled to their opinion. Mine isasking everyone to cut these people some slack. I do not know what has happened over the last few months, but this location is horrible now. Food wait time is beyond slow and... then you get the wrong items !! It's not that you grabbed someone else's bag by accident, they screwed up the order!! Today forexample, I ordered an everything bagel with veggie cream cheese, a plain bagel with plain cream cheese and 2 hash browns. Do notslice, toast or put the cream cheese on them. Just toss the bagels in the bag with the cream cheese. WHY the kid at the registercouldn't do that is beyond me. Instead it gets sent down to the 'kitchen' area. So, they give me my order. I look at the slipand it says everything bagel with strawberry cream cheese and a plain bagel with veggie cream cheese. I try telling them thatthis is NOT my order. Who the hell puts strawberry cream cheese on an everything bagel. GROSS. Anyway, she tells me what's inthe bag & what she says is what I ordered, so maybe the wrong slip was put on the bag. Well, nope. I get to work and I have afriggin everything bagel with STRAWBERRY cream cheese and a plain bagel with VEGGIE cream cheese, both of which are sliced,toasted and have the cream cheese spread on them!! WTF, not to mention it took me 15 minutes to get them. Last time I am goingthere. Hope management offers the past employees raises and begs them to come back. Pretty straight forward. This is why your losing customers at this location!!! Here we go again!! I had another issue this morning at Dunks on Powdermill... Road in Acton. I don?t know what or who this franchise hires but the staff at this locations is one of the rudest bunch ofpeople I?ve ever met. When you place your order from home and you get to the location to pick it up you look for it becausethere is no rime or reason to how they place your coffee and sandwiches. Then you have a one of their employees yell at you?WHATS YOU LOOKING FOR? out loud as if your going to steal someone else?s order. I told him that I was looking for my sandwich.I did find it on the 1st shelf of the to go rack and my coffee was on the 4th. So I told him I didn?t know coming here thismorning that I had to go on a scavenger hunt. He told me that I had an attitude. I told him it wasn?t me with the attitude itwas the employees at this location. I tried to call the corporate office and was told the wait was less than 45 mins. Read more

Erica and Tyler are the BEST!!!! NO mistakes always have a smile , kind courteous service. Speak clearly understandably and will... try to accommodate you in any way they can.
