I placed an order online at 11:30 on 9/23. I got a notification saying it would be ready at noon. A co-worker of mine and I go... to pick it up and get there at 12. The man In the restaurant wouldn’t acknowledge me. He would go in the back and get a thingof food come out and tell someone. But then ignore everyone else and go back in the back. At 12:30 the woman finally got backfrom whatever it is that she was doing so I asked her about my order. She held up her phone and said it was there in her phoneand she was just going to put it in, a full hour after I placed the order. So I then had to wait longer for the food. When theman finally came up and gave me my food my co-worker mentioned again that the wait was ridiculous and we should have beengreeted when we got there, he was very rude and unapologetic. When we mentioned we probably wouldn’t be back “That’s okay,it doesn’t matter” is what he said. On top of my personal interaction with them, another man walked in the restaurant andasked if they were serving food inside “Yes we serve food, but not to you” I can not believe he said that to a potentialcustomer, are you for real!? Honestly the people are extremely rude and DO NOT expect to be treated with any sort of respect orto have to food in any sort of timely matter. 100% do not advise getting food from here. Not only could they use a littlebedside manner but the food is not that good or worth the wait or attitude. Also, just an FYI, they food storage is next to thebathrooms, which could use a SERIOUS cleaning and uplift. Frozen Chinese is much better of an experience then anything fromhere! Read more
They have my favorite Singapore noodles and the service is very fast
REALLY UNFRIENDLY. Every time I approached the male staff at the register, he would turn away or start watching the tv behind... him. He barely said a word to me. Truly unprofessional and terrible work ethic. This was my 2nd time here, getting the badservice. Food was okay. My food came in this bag and my vegetable fried rice came in this box. For the price increase on theirfood, I certainly expected more. I won’t be returning here again and don’t recommend it. Read more
The food was ok and the lady who took my oder was nice. However, as I walk in the front door the way the old man greet customer... is unacceptable. I have to believe he is the owner and the way he told me to sit is unacceptable. I don't work at a restaurantfor a living, but I know how to be polite to people/customer. At the end of my meal, I still leave 90% tip because the lady wasnice enough to ask me if I need another glass of water. Again, I am not from MA so not sure if people are always grumpy like theway he is. Read more
!!!BUG IN THE FOOD!!! My wife and I ordered from here a number of times and the food is ok. Certainly better options around... town, but not bad enough to give them a bad review. But this time they forgot a number of our items in our pickup order andthen... My wife found a lady bug in the bok choy... Pretty unacceptable but ok, it happens. My wife called to let them know itwas in there, and they were incredibly rude. We don't need kid glove treatment from takeout chinese, but if your customer findsa bug in their food, a little contrition and manners. Read more
Ordered lunch here. The food had no other taste other than massive salt. Seems like whoever made the food did not want to make... it. I get it, lunch menu is cheaper but no need for this. The fried rice was just white rice with a lot of celery which was allover the chicken too as the vegetable part of the chicken. I could have made my own fried rice which I ended up doing becausethe food I got here was inedible. Threw it out. Read more
Really friendly. The food is ok. The last 2 times we went for take out multiple members of the staff including the cook were not... wearing masks. We won't be back for awhile. Also fried rice has so soy sauce...really weird. Read more
I ordered food from this place through an app that said that they deliver. It turned out they offer pick up only. I called the... restaurant to cancel my order and they hanged up on me!! I called three times and each time the man shouted something rude inChinese and hanged up!!!! I nearly started to cry! I have a broken ankle and cannot drive at all. This is why I needed a placethat delivers. I had to call the app and they contacted the place and after two attempts finally were able to reach them andcancel! I hope this place will go out of business soon - we do not need such people and eateries in our town! Read more
